The Relationship between Police Promoting Social Security Plan and the Sense of Security among People in Qeshm

هدف پژوهش بررسي رابطه اجراي طرح ارتقا امنيت اجتماعي پليس و احساس امنيت در شهرستان قشم مي باشد؛ پس از بررسي پيشينه تحقيق و نظريه هاي مرتبط متغيرهاي مستقل و متغير وابسته مدل نظري مناسب انتخاب گرديد. روش پژوهش حاضر به صورت پيمايش از نوع همبستگي است كه از نظر معيار كاربرد يك بررسي كاربردي مي باشد. كه با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه( محقق ساخته) به انجام رسيده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كليه شهروندان بالاي 18 سال ساكن در شهرستان قشم ، تعداد نمونه‌ بر اساس فرمول اندازه‌گيري كوكران به حجم 210 نفر تعيين، و از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي نمونه ها انتخاب شده، و براساس آن اطلاعات جمع آوري گرديده شد. و پس از استخراج و پردازش داده هاي جمع آوري شده و تهيه شاخص هاي آماري متغيرهاي مستقل و وابسته، براي تجزيه وتحليل يافته ها مورد نظر از آزمون هاي؛ T با دو نمونه مستقل، فريدمن، ضريب هبستگي پيرسون و تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه استفاده شده است.يافته هاي آماري نشان مي دهد؛ با توجه به مقادير به دست آمده حاكي از آن است كه هرچه شاخص هاي «امنيت اخلاقي، امنيت جاني، امنيت تفرجگاه ها، برخورد با معتادان، امنيت حريم خصوصي» در جامعه بهبود پيدا كند، احساس امنيت شهروندان قشم نيز افزايش پيدا مي كند.همچنين متغير مستقل «امنيت تفرجگاه ها» بر متغير احساس امنيت شهروندان قشم موثر است. در نتيجه استمرار طرح مي تواند موجبات افزايش امنيت عمومي را در جامعه فراهم بنمايد، بنا براين پيشنهاد مي گردد طرح ارتقاي امنيت اجتماعي با هدف كنترل و پيشگيري از بروز ناهنجاريها و از سوي ديگر تامين امنيت و ارتقاي ميزان احساس امنيت اجتماعي شهروندان توسط متوليان ا مر به طور منظم به مورد اجرا در آيد.

This study examined the relationship between police promoting social security plan and the sense of security among people in Qeshm, after reviewing the literature and theories related to the dependent and independent variables a theoretical model was selected. This study has survey correlational method that is applied in terms of function which is performed by the researcher designed questionnaire. The population consisted of all citizens living in Qeshm aged higher than 18 and the number of samples was determined by Cochrane formula as 210 subjects selected by random sampling and the related data were obtained by them. After the extraction and processing of the collected data and preparation of statistical indicators of the dependent and independent variables, the t test with two independent samples, Friedman and Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the results. The statistic results show that the obtained values indicate that by promoting “moral security, safety, security, resorts’ security, dealing with addicts and privacy security”, the sense of safety of Qeshm citizens increases. Also the independent variable of “resorts’ security” affects the sense of safety of Qeshm citizens. Therefore the continuity of the plan can increase public safety in the community. So, it is recommended to implement police promoting social security plan with the purpose of control and prevention of disorders and on the other hand the enhancing the sense of social security of citizens should be satisfied by the authorities.
