Investigating the Factors Affecting the Tendency of Qeshm Citizens for Smuggling

پديده قاچاق از اين جهت مد نظر است كه امروزه هر مشكل و آشفتگي كه در كشور به آن انگشت مي گذاريم به اين موضوع منتهي مي شود و آنچنان آثارش پيچيده و زيانبار است كه اكثر برنامه ريزي هاي اقتصادي را با شكست روبرو مي كند پديده قاچاق كالا در كشور ما ، علاوه بر آثار سو اقتصادي به عنوان يك چالش ،اجتماعي وامنيتي حايز اهميت است .مقاله حاضر برگرفته از پژوهشي پيرامون بررسي عوامل موثربر گرايش به پديده قاچاق كالا مي باشد. كه در اين راستا پرسشنامه اي محقق ساخته با طيف پنج گزينه اي ليكرت كه از روايي و پايايي نسبتا خوبي برخوردار بود تهيه و پژوهش حاضر از نوع پيمايشي و از روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي و از تكنيك پرسشنامه براي گردآوري داده ها در جامعه آماري 61400 نفري و با حجم نمونه 381 نفر در بين شهروندان 18-64 ساله شهرستان قشم استفاده شده است.وفرضيه ها با آزمون خي دو و ضريب همبستگي اسپيرمن مورد آزمون قرار گرفته كه نتايج آزمون مبين رابطه معنادار بين برخور انتظامي، كاركرد آموزشي رسانه ها،وضعيت جغرافيايي، وضعيت درآمدي، منطقه آزادتجاري ونقش خانواده بعنوان متغير مستقل فرضيه وگرايش به قاچاق كالا بعنوان متغير وابسته فرضيه هاي تحقيق مي باشد.

The phenomenon of smuggling is important because any difficulty and confusion in the country that you put your finger on leads to this issue and its effects are so complex and serious that cause most economic plans to fail. Smuggling phenomenon in our country, in addition to the adverse effects, is considered as an economic, social and security challenge. This article is extracted from a study on analyzing the factors affecting the complicated smuggling phenomenon. In this regard, a selfdesigned questionnaire with five point Likert scale with a good validity and reliability was prepared and used in this survey type study the samples of which are selected by cluster sampling and questionnaire was used to collect data on the population of 61400 people with a sample size of 381 people selected among 18-64 year old citizens of Qeshm. The research hypotheses were tested by square test and Spearman correlation coefficient and the results indicated a significant relationship between the police encounter, the educational function of the media, geographical situation, income, free trade region and the role of family as the independent variables and tendency to smuggling as the dependent variable of the study.
