فرهنگ سياسي علماي سنتي دوران مشروطه؛ با تاكيد بر آراي شيخ ابوالحسن نجفي‌مرندي و محمدحسين تبريزي

The Political Culture of Traditional Ulema in the Era of Constitutional Revolution in Iran

فرهنگ شامل عقايد و ارزش ها و احساسات است. نظام هاي فرهنگي از سويي محصول اعمال و باورهاي انساني متعددي اند و از سويي ديگر، در ابعاد مختلف، اعمال و باورهاي انساني را محدود مي كنند. سياست از مهم ترين حوزه‌هايي است كه فرهنگ نقشي تعيين كننده در آن دارد. مي توان در قالب مفهوم فرهنگ سياسي، تاثيرات ديرپاي عوامل فرهنگي بر مواضع و جهت گيري هاي سياسي را مورد مطالعه قرار داد. اين مقاله درصدد بررسي فرهنگ سياسي علماي سنتي دوران مشروطه به عنوان جريان سياسي مستقل است. در مطالعات انجام‌پذيرفته، كم تر به طور مستقل به اين جريان سياسي پرداخته شده است و مواضع اين جريان غالبا ذيل جريان طرفدار شيخ فضل الله نوري بررسي شده اند. آثار مكتوب معدودي از نويسندگان متعلق به اين جريان در دست است. دو رساله مشهور متعلق به اين جريان، «دلايل براهين الفرقان في بطلان قوانين نواسخ محكمات القرآن» نوشته شيخ ابوالحسن نجفي مرندي دولت آبادي و «كشف‌المراد من المشروطه و الاستبداد» نوشته محمدحسين بن علي اكبر تبريزي هستند. در تدوين چارچوب مفهومي اين پژوهش، از الگويي تركيبي با محوريت ديدگاه هاي گابريل آلموند و جي. بينگهام پاول استفاده شده است. در تكميل اين الگو از دستاوردهاي صاحب‌نظراني چون وربا و لوسين پاي و رونالد اينگلهارت و ولزل و ... نيز استفاده شده است. روش تحقيق اين پژوهش تحليل محتواي مضموني است و در مراحل مختلف طبقه بندي مضامين، از تكنيك هاي كدگذاري باز و محوري استفاده شده است. بررسي آثار مذكور بر مبناي چارچوب مفهومي تدوين شده، حاكي از آن است كه الگوي واحدي از فرهنگ سياسي، در ابعاد و مولفه هاي مختلف، بر دو اثر حاكم است. مي توان گفت مبناي ارزشي هر دو نويسنده، «اقتداري»؛ به لحاظ ظرفيت هاي فرهنگي و سياسي، رويكرد آن‌ها «انحصارگرايانه»؛ و موضع سياسي هر دو نويسنده نسبت به وضعيت نظام سياسي در دوران مشروطه «اعتراضي» است.

The culture is consisted of beliefs, values and emotions. On the one hand, cultural systems are products of variety of human beliefs and acts. On the other hand, these cultural systems constrain other beliefs and acts in several domains. Politics is one of the most important domains in which culture plays a determinative role. Durable influences of cultural factors on political positions and orientations can be studied in the framework of the concept of political culture. It is tried in this article to investigate the political culture of "traditional ulama" as an independent political stream. There are a few works that consider this political stream independently and in most of the cases, positions of this stream are considered in relation to Sheykh Fazlolah Nouri’s advocates. The written works which belong to this stream are so scant. In this article, two booklets of this stream are scrutinized which belong to Shekh Abolhasan Najafi Marandi and Mohammadhossein Tabrizi, intellectual elites of the stream. The conceptual framework which is used in this investigation is based on a pattern synthetized of Gabriel Almond and Bingham Powell’s work. Other works which some parts of their consequences are incorporated in this pattern are Lucian Pye, Ronald Inglehart and Christian Welzel’s works. The method used in this research is thematic content analysis which integrates the qualitative considerations along quantitative. Open and axial coding technics are applied in different levels of investigation. The results shows that similar pattern of political culture is dominant on both considered booklets. It is followed that value foundation of both intellectuals is “authoritarian”; in terms of political and cultural capacities, they are “monopolistic”; and the item of their political position is “protesting”.
