لجستيك شهري بي‌آلاينده؛ استفاده از خودروهاي برقي در زنجيره توزيع و پخش كالا و ترافيك شهري

None-Emission Urban Logistics: Electric Vehicles in Freight Distribution Chains and Urban Traffic

طي دهه گذشته، استفاده از وسايل نقليه برقي در بسياري از كشورها محبوبيت يافته است ولي با اين حال سهم بازار اين محصولات كماكان اندك است. اين محبوبيت در بين وسايل نقليه مسافري گسترش بيشتري داشته و تحقيقات گسترده‌اي در اين زمينه صورت گرفته است، اما استفاده از اين فن‌آوري براي پخش و توزيع كالا كمتر مورد توجه بوده و مغفول مانده است. خودروهاي برقي حمل بار يكي از راه‌حل‌هاي بهبود وضع لجستيك پايدار شهري بوده و توانايي تبديل محيط‌هاي شهري به محلي كم انتشار را دارند. با اين‌كه آزمايش‌هاي زيادي در سال‌هاي اخير انجام شده است، اما استفاده وسيع از خودروهاي برقي حمل بار در لجستيك شهري هنوز رخ نداده است. خودروهاي برقي حمل‌بار هم‌اكنون از نظر فني آماده هستند اما پياده‌سازي اين نوع خودروها در عمل محدود است. اين خودروها اثرات زيست‌محيطي مثبتي داشته اما در مجموع هزينه‌هاي بيشتري نسبت به خودروهاي معمول دارند. گذشته از اين، مسايل فني و اجرايي ديگري وجود دارد كه بايد حل شود و ترديدهاي موجود در استفاده بلندمدت وجود دارد. اين مطالعه، درصدد مروري بر تحقيقات انجام شده در حوزه مذكور به‌منظور آشنايي با زمينه‌هاي فنّي و بازاريابي براي آگاهي از وضعيت فعلي و هم‌چنين زمينه‌سازي براي تحقيقات آتي، مي‌باشد. يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه‌سه مشكل عمده در استفاده بلندمدت از خودروهاي برقي حمل بار وجود دارد: 1- لجستيك موجود بايد براي خودروهاي برقي بازطراحي شوند؛ 2- حمايت‌هاي دولتي براي تجاري‌شدن اين پروژه ضروري‌است؛ 3- پياده‌سازي اين خودروها نيازمند شركت‌هايي براي توليد پايدار است.

Over the past decade, electric vehicles (EVs) have gained in popularity in several countries, even though their market share is still relatively low. However, most gains have been made in the area of passenger vehicles and most technical and scientific studies have been devoted to this case. Using Electric freight vehicles (EFVs) is one of the solutions to improve city logistics’ sustainability. EFV shave the potential to make zero emission city logistics possible within the urban area. However, although trials have been undertaken for the last years, large-scale usage of EFVs in city logistics does not occur yet. EFVs are technically possible, but the implementation of EFVs in practice is relatively limited. Although EVs have less destructive effect on environment, they have much more costs than conventional vehicles. Moreover, there are some technical problems to be solved and some uncertainties in long-term use of EVs. The potential of electric vehicular technology for goods distribution has received less attention. The issues related to the use of EVs for goods distribution open up a wide range of relevant research problems. The aim of this survey paper is to provide transportation researchers an overview of the technical and marketing background needed to conduct research in this area, to present a survey of the existing research in this field, to offer perspectives for future research. Our findings show three main problems in long-term use of EVs: 1) existing logistics should be redesigned for EVs 2) Government support for commercialization of the project is necessary 3) These vehicles require companies to implement sustainable production.
