Thematic expert system quality for explanation of strategic decisions

زمينه و هدف: تصميم‌گيري‌هاي راهبردي خبره بنيان، زيربناي ايجاد، حركت، رشد و توسعه نهادها براي كسب اهداف و مأموريت‌هاي مشخص است كه بر پايه كيفيت، حل مسئله و سودمندي، صحت و تطابق با فرايندها و اثربخشي تصميمات رهبران و مديران نهادها قرار دارد. گستردگي و پيچيدگي فرايندهاي لازم براي وصول به عزم و اتخاذ تصميم‌هاي راهبردي، لزوم بهره‌گيري از سامانه‌هاي سيستمي و هوشمند خبره موضوعي را ناگزير ساخته است. اين مقاله به تبيين كيفيت سيستم خبره موضوعي براي كاربري تصميمات راهبردي در نهاد مورد مطالعه ميپردازد. روششناسي: جامعه آماري تحقيق را 987 نفر و نمونه آماري را 85 نفر از كاركنان در سطوح ستاد و صف در تعامل با ماهيت محتوايي سيستم خبره موضوعي شكل مي‌دهند. تحقيق داراي چهار فرضيه مبتني بر كيفيت تصميمات راهبردي، حل مسئله و سودمندي، صحت و تطابق با فرآيندها و اثربخشي تصميمات است كه در چارچوب ويژگيهاي سيستم خبره موضوعي مورد بررسي و آزمون قرار مي‌گيرد. يافته ها و نتيجه گيري: مباحث نظري مقاله با بررسي سيستم خبره موضوعي و تصميمات راهبردي استمرار مي‌يابد. پس از ارائه داده ها و تحليل رفتار آزمودني‌ها و تبيين نتايج آزمون فرضيه‌ها راهبردهاي اشاعه سيستم خبره در سازمان ارائه مي‌شود.

Background and Purpose: Expertbased strategic decision is considered as an infrastructure of creation,motion,growth and development of institutions for achieving their specified goals and missions which were on the basis of quality,problemsolving,usefulness,accuracy and conforming with processes and effectiveness of institutions leader and managers decisions. : The span and complexity of required processes for making decisions necessitate the utilization of intelligent expert system. This article was described the thematic expert system for strategic decisionmaking in institutions. Methodology: The sampling universe of this research consists of 987 people and the sample size was 85 employees in line and staff level who were interacted with thematic expert system nature. The current research have four hypothesis, based on strategic decisions quality, problemsolving, usefulness, accuracy and conforming with processes and effectiveness of decisions, which were analyzed and tested in the framework of thematic expert system features. Findings and Conclusion: The theoretical discussion of the article was continued with thematic expert system analysis and strategic decisions. After presenting data and analyzing subjects behavior and explaining hypothesis testing results, the strategies of expert system expansion was introduced by authors.
