تاثير تكنيك كينزيوتيپ در كودكان مبتلا به فلج مغزي: بررسي مروري

Effects of Kinesio Taping Technique in Children with Cerebral Palsy:review

مقدمه واهداف فلج مغزي شايعترين اختلال حركتي است كه با ناتواني و نقص حركتي مادام العمر ارتباط دارد كه مي‌تواند منجر به ناتواني هايي نظير ضايعه ، محدوديت عملكرد و محدوديت مشاركت شود. بروز اختلالات حركتيرواني منجر به عدم به كارگيري اندام، ضعف و فلج بيشتر، اختلال در انجام فعاليت‌هاي روزمره زندگي، وابستگي بيشتر و در نهايت كاهش سطح كيفيت زندگي مي‌شود. بنابراين به‌علت بروز چنين اختلالاتي انجام درمان به‌ موقع ضروري است. تكنيك كينزيوتيپ تكنيك به نسبت تازه اي است كه در برنامه هاي توانبخشي مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. هدف اين مقاله، مرور منابع به منظور بررسي اثرات تكنيك كينزيوتيپ بر بهبود مهارت‌هاي حركتي در كودكان مبتلا به فلج مغزي مي‌باشد. مواد و روش ها با استفاده از كلمات كليدي انگليسي cerebral palsy,taping ,kinesio tape,kinesio taping و واژگان كليدي فارسي فلج مغزي و كينزيوتيپ در پايگاه هاي اطلاعاتي نظير ISI, Pubmed, Scopus, وGoogle Scholar تعداد 14 مقاله (10 مقاله كامل و 4 چكيده مقاله)  بر اساس معيار هاي ورود و تا آپريل 2015 انتخاب شد و پس از مرور برطبق محل به‌كار برده شدن كينزيوتيپ روي بدن و نوع كاربرد آن دسته بندي شد. يافته ها مرور منابع نشان داد كه تكنيك كينزيوتيپ روي عملكرد حركتي درشت و ظريف و فعاليت‌هاي ديناميك موثرتر از فعاليت‌هاي پوسچرال و استاتيك است و همچنين در مراحل رشدي و حركتي بالاتر (سطوح 1 و 2 سيستم طبقه بندي عملكرد حركتي درشت (GMFCS)) تاثير بيشتري دارد. نتيجه گيري به ‌نظر مي‌رسد تكنيك كينزيوتيپ مي تواند به ‌عنوان مكمل درمان و در تركيب با ساير تكنيك‌هاي درماني در توانبخشي عصبي كودكان مبتلا به فلج مغزي به منظور بهبود عملكرد حركتي و فعاليت هاي ديناميك به ويژه در مراحل رشدي بالاتر (سطوح 1 و 2 مقياس GMFCS) موثر باشد.

Background and Aim: Cerebral palsy is the most common movement disorder that is associated with lifelong disability and movement impairment and leads to “disabilities” such as impairment, function limitation, and participation restrictions. Developing of the psychomotor disturbances results in the loss of ability to use the limbs, more weakness and paralysis, disability in performing activities of daily living, more dependence and ultimately, lowering quality of life. Therefore, because of developing of such disturbances, early rehabilitation is essential for patients with cerebral palsy. Kinesio taping technique is a relatively new technique applied in rehabilitation programs. The aim of the present review was a discussion about the effects of Kinesio taping techniques on improving motor skills in children with cerebral palsy Materials and Methods: Using the keywords Cerebral palsy, Taping, Kinesio tape, and Kinesio taping electronic databases including Scopus, Pubmed, ISI, and Google Scholar were searched. Finally, 14 articles, based on the inclusion criteria were selected, up to April 2015. The articles were then classified according to the type and site of Kinesio taping application on the body. Results: Review of the literature demonstrated that Kinesio taping technique is more effective on gross and fine motor function and dynamic activities than postural and static activities. Also, it was found that this technique has more effect on the children in higher developmental and motor stages (1st and 2nd levels of Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS)). Conclusion: It is concluded that Kinesio taping technique, as an adjunctive treatment and in combination with other treatment techniques, can be effective in the neurological rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy to improve motor function and dynamic activities, especially in higher developmental and motor stages (1st and 2nd levels of GMFCS).
