Identifying Factors Affecting Payame Noor University Managers' Ethical Decisions

بسياري از انديشمندان معتقدند علم مديريت اساساً مبتني بر تصميم‏گيري است و دست‎كم بخشي از آن به تصميم‏گيري اخلاقي مربوط مي‏شود. گام مهم براي منابع انساني و به‌خصوص مديران، درك عواملي است كه به تصميم‏گيري‏ها و رفتارهاي اخلاقي/غير‌اخلاقي منجر مي‌شود. هدف اين پژوهش كه بخشي از رسالۀ دكتري محقق نيز محسوب مي‎شود، تعيين عوامل مؤثر بر تصميم‎گيري اخلاقي مديران دانشگاه پيام نور است. روش پژوهش پيمايشي است و براي اخذ نظرهاي خبرگان از فن دلفي استفاده مي‎شود. پژوهشگران با مطالعۀ مباني نظري و مرور پژوهش‏ها‏ي پيشين، 18 متغير از 39 متغير تأثيرگذار شناسايي‌شده را انتخاب كردند و به‎كمك جمعي از نخبگان طي نظرسنجي، متغيرهاي منتخب نهايي شدند. نتايج نشان داد متغيرهاي «باورهاي مذهبي»، «ارزش‏هاي فردي»، «رهبري اخلاقي»، «قضاوت اخلاقي»، «محيط اخلاقي»، «نظام اخلاقي» و «فرهنگ سازماني»، بيشترين تأثير و متغيرهاي «سن»، «سابقۀ خدمت»، «سابقۀ مديريت» و «جنسيت» كمترين تأثير را بر تصميم‏‏‏گيري اخلاقي مديران مي‏‏‏‏گذارند.

An important finding in the human resource arena, of particular value to the managers, is to understand the factors that lead onto ethical / unethical decisions or behaviors. This research, as an integral component of the researcher#039 s PhD thesis, serves to identify the factors that influence the ethical decisions made by managers at Payame Noor University. The research method has been surveybased in this instance whereby the Delphi technique was used in order to obtain the views of the experts. The researcher, reviewing the previous studies and theoretical considerations, has chosen 18 variables out of the 39 identified variables as influential factors in this particular case.
