اعتبارسنجي يك روش ارزيابي نياز وظيفه (VACP) براي پيشبيني باركاري ذهني اپراتورهاي اتاق كنترل نيروگاه (مطالعه موردي: نيروگاه سيكل تركيبي فارس)

Validation of a Task Demand Measure (VACP) for Predicting Mental Workloads of Control Room Operators (A Case Study: Pars Combined Cycle Power Plant)

مقدمه: پیشرفت فناوری و تكنولوژی مدرن، محیط‌های كاری جهان امروز را تغییر داده و افراد شاغل در این محیط‌ها را متحمل خواسته‌ها و نیازهای ذهنی و شناختی بیشتری كرده است. اتاق كنترل، نمونه‌ای از این محیط‌های كاری است. در حال حاضر، ارزیابی باركاری ذهنی نقطه‌ای كلیدی در تحقیق و توسعه روابط انسان- ماشین می‌باشد. هدف مطالعه حاضر، اعتبارسنجی یك روش تحلیلی در ارزیابی باركاری ذهنی موردنیاز اپراتورهای اتاق كنترل نیروگاه سیكل تركیبی فارس می‌باشد. روش‌كار: مطالعه حاضر، مطالعه‌ای بنیادی- كاربردی از نوع مقطعی می‌باشد كه در ابتدا، به‌منظور آشنایی با مراحل انجام كار اپراتورهای اتاق كنترل، تجزیه و تحلیل وظایف انجام گرفت. سپس، با استفاده از تكنیك VACP، میزان باركاری ذهنی موردنیاز برای انجام هر یك از مراحل كار تعیین گردید. نهایتاً، با بررسی ضریب همبستگی پیرسون مقادیر تعیین‌شده از تكنیك VACP با نتایج حاصل از پرسشنامه NASA-TLX كه از 18 اپراتور جمع آوری شده بود، اعتبارسنجی روش موردنظر، انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، همبستگی میان مقادیر تعیین‌شده از تكنیك VACP و مقادیر به‌دست‌آمده از پرسشنامه NASA-TLX، مثبت و معنی‌دار شد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به وجود همبستگی بالا میان نتایج تكنیك VACP و نتایج حاصل از پرسشنامه NASA-TLX، و با توجه به قابلیت به كارگیری تكنیك VACP در مراحل ابتدایی طراحی در مقایسه با روش NASA-TLX، این روش پیشنهادی به‌عنوان یك ابزار بررسی برای پیش‌بینی باركاری ذهنی اپراتورهای اتاق كنترل، مناسب می‌باشد.

Introduction: The progress of technology and modern technology has changed today’s workplaces and imposed more mental and cognitive demands to workers. Control room is an example of these workplaces. Currently, assessment of mental workload is a key point in the research and development of human-machine relationships in workplaces. This study aimed to validate an analytical approach in evaluating demanded mental workloads for control room operators in Pars combined cycle power plant. Methods: This was a fundamental-practical and cross-sectional study. First of all, a task analysis was used to understand the operation steps of control room operators. Then, the Visual, Auditory, Cognitive, Psychomotor (VACP) technique was applied to determine the mental workload demanded for performing each step of the works. Finally, the assigned ratings of the VACP method were validated by the analysis of Pearson’s correlation with the answers of the NASA-Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) questionnaire, collected from the control room operators. Results: Based on the results, the correlation between the assigned ratings of VACP technique and the answers of the NASA-TLX questionnaire was positive and significant. Conclusions: Due to the high correlation between the assigned ratings of VACP technique and the answers of the NASA-TLX questionnaire, the proposed VACP technique, which can be carried out in the early stage of the design, was suitable as an analysis tool for predicting metal workloads of control room operators.
