بررسي عوامل شغلي و دموگرافيك مؤثر بر كيفيت زندگي پرستاران و بهياران بيمارستان هاي آموزشي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي كرمان -1393

The Investigation of Occupational and Demographic Factors Effective on the Quality of Life of Nurses and Nurse Aides Working in Teaching Hospitals Affiliated to Kerman University of Medical Sciences in 2014

مقدمه: كیفیت زندگی پرستاران و بهیاران متأثر از عوامل مختلفی از جمله شغلشان می باشدكه بر میزان كیفیت خدمات آن‌ها تأثیر می‌گذارد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی عوامل شغلی و دموگرافیك مؤثر بر كیفیت زندگی پرستاران و بهیاران بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشكی كرمان بود. روش كار: پژوهش حاضر یك مطالعه مقطعی است كه در سال 1393 بر روی 620 نفر از پرستاران و بهیاران انجام شد. نمونه گیری از نوع تصادفی ساده بود. اطلاعات با استفاده از فرم كوتاه (پرسشنامه) كیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نوبت كار بودن، داشتن شغل دوم، وضعیت تأهل، مدت ازدواج و اشتغال همسر در نظام نوبت كاری به عنوان متغییر های مستقل وارد مطالعه شدند. داده‌ها در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 18 با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری آنالیز واریانس، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، t مستقل و رگرسیون خطی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: میانگین سن افراد، مدت تأهل و سابقه كار در بیمارستان به ترتیب 7/84 ± 7/30،32/81 ± 10/61 و 7/68 ± 10/29 بود. تعداد فرزندان، داشتن شغل دوم، رضایت از ساعات سپری شده با خانواده و اعتقاد به تأثیر شبكاری بر زندگی خانوادگی عوامل مؤثر بر كیفیت زندگی بودند (0/05>P). بیشترین ارتباط كیفیت زندگی با بعد سلامت محیطی (0/001=P،0/87=r) و كمترین ارتباط با بعد سلامت اجتماعی (0/002=P،0/75=r) به دست آمد. نتیجه گیری: اجتناب از اشتغال در شغل دوم، تنظیم علمی برنامه‌های نوبت كاری و آموزش‌های مرتبط با مهارت‌های زندگی در نوبت كاران به افزایش ارتقاء كیفیت زندگی پرستاران و بهیاران كمك می‌كند.

Introduction: the quality of life of nurses and nurse aides is under the influence of various factors including the occupational ones, which affect the quality of their services. The purpose of this research was to investigate the occupational and demographic factors effective on the quality of life of nurses and nurse aides working in teaching hospitals affiliated to Kerman University of Medical Sciences. Methods: the present research was a cross-sectional one conducted in 2014 on 620 nurses and nurse aides. Simple random sampling method was utilized. The data were collected via the World Health Organization Quality of Life short form (questionnaire). Shift working, having a second job, marital status, length of marriage and having a shift working spouse were the independent variables of this study. Data were analyzed in SPSS 18 software using analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson’s correlation coefficient, independent t and linear regression statistical tests. Results: the average age, length of marriage and work experience in hospital were 32.81 ± 7.84, 10.61 ± 7.30 and 10.29 ± 7.68, respectively. The number of children, having a second job, satisfaction from the hours spent with family, and belief in the effect of night work on family life were factors effective on quality of life (P > 0.05). The highest relationship of quality of life was with environmental health (r = 0.87, P = 0.001) and the lowest was with social health (r = 0.75, P = 0.002). Conclusions: Avoiding to have a second job, scientific planning of shift work schedules and trainings relevant to life skills in shift workers would help improve the quality of life of nurses and nurse aides.
