شناسايي مشكلات و مزاياي اجراي طرح المپياد درون‌مدرسه‌اي: مطالعه موردي: استان مازندران

Identification of Problems and Benefits of Indoor School Olympiad Project: A Case Study of Mazandaran Province

هدف از تحقيق حاضر، شناسايي مشكلات و مزاياي اجراي طرح المپياد درون‌مدرسه‌اي در استان مازندران بود. تحقيق از نوع كاربردي و روش اجراي آن آميخته بود. براي شناسايي مشكلات و مزايا، از پرسشنامه نظرسنجي با استفاده از روش دلفي و برگزاري جلسات با 10 نفر از كارشناسان تربيت ‌بدني شهرستان‌هاي استان مازندران استفاده شد. در بخش كمّي، جامعه آماري تحقيق، 1517 نفر از معلمان تربيت بدني شاغل در آموزش‌ و پرورش استان مازندران بودند كه نمونه آماري با توجه به جدول مورگان 312 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار جمع‌آوري داده براي رتبه‌بندي، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته با مقياس پنج‌ارزشي ليكرت بود (87/0=?). براي رتبه‌بندي عوامل مورد بررسي از آزمون فريدمن و نرم‌افزار آماري SPSS22 استفاده شد. تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها نشان داد كه سه مورد از مشكلات در برگزاري اين المپياد به‌ترتيب عدم اطلاع‌رساني و برنامه‌ريزي صحيح از سطح وزارتخانه تا ادارات، رعايت نشدن نكات ايمني و فضاي مناسب براي برگزاري المپياد، و ناآگاهي از اهداف و همكاري نكردن عوامل برگزاركننده بود و مزايايي كه رتبه‌هاي اول تا سوم را به‌دست آوردند، هويت‌بخشي معلمان و درس تربيت بدني، رفتارهاي مثبت اجتماعي، و مساعدت و مشاركت همكاران و والدين براي برگزاري المپياد، بود.

The aim of this study was to identify problems and benefits of indoor school Olympiad project in Mazandaran province. The method was functional and mixed. To identify problems and benefits, Delphi method by a questionnaire survey and meetings with 10 physical education experts of cities of Mazandaran province were used. In the quantitative section, the population consisted of 1517 physical education teachers working in Mazandaran Education Organization department. The sample was selected according to Morgan Table (n=312). The data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire with a 5-point Likert Scale (?=0.87). To rank the factors under study, the Friedman test and SPSS22 statistical software were used. The results showed that three problems facing this Olympiad were lack of information and proper planning from the ministries to departments, lack of safety and appropriate facilities to hold the Olympiad and lack of awareness of the goals and lack of cooperation of the organizers respectively. The benefits that occupied the first to third places were identity of the physical education course and teachers, positive social behaviors and support and participation of colleagues and parents to hold the Olympiad.
