The Intellectual System of Ibn Rushdand the Idea of Progress in IranianIslamic Community

در اين نوشتار به تحليل و بررسي نظام فكري ابن‌رشد و تاثير آن در پيشرفت جامعه ايراني ـ اسلامي خواهيم پرداخت. در ابتدا، مباني اصلي تفكر ابن‌رشد توضيح داده خواهد شد و سپس عناصر اصلي نظام فكري وي ذكر مي‌شود. با وجود اينكه عقلانيت در انديشه وي از جايگاه بالايي برخوردار است، اين عقلانيت در تعارض با دين و آموزه‌هاي وحياني قرار ندارد. از نظر او، دين و عقل همسو با يكديگر هستند؛ چراكه عقل نيز مقوله‌اي قدسي است كه ريشه در آسمان‌ها دارد. پس از آن، به بررسي حدود و ثغورمقوله پيشرفت پرداخته و تفسير مدرن و اسلامي انديشه پيشرفت ارائه خواهد شد؛ در اين بخش بيان مي‌شود كه مرزهاي پيشرفت در جامعه ايراني ـ اسلامي بر اساس نگرش و جهان‌بيني اين جامعه تعيين خواهد شد. در گام بعدي، برتري معيار پيشرفت جامعه ايراني ـ اسلامي را بر معيار پيشرفت مدرن ثابت خواهيم كرد و در نهايت نيز تاثير نظام فكري ابن‌رشد در پيشرفت جامعه ايراني ـ اسلامي مورد تحليل قرار خواهد گرفت.

In this paper, we will analyze and review the intellectual system of Ibn Rushd and its influence over the progress of IranianIslamic community. First, the main tenets of the thought of Ibn Rushd will be explained and then the central elements of his scholarly system will be mentioned. Although rationality has a high rank in his thought, but this rationality is not at odds with the religion and the revelatory teachings. In his view, the religion and the reason are consistent with each other; because the reason is also a sacred category and has its root in heavens. Next, the borders of the category of progress will be discussed and modern and Islamic interpretation of the progress idea will be presented; in this part, will be explained that the borders of progress in IranianIslamic community will be set based on attitude and world view of that society. In the following step, superiority of IranianIslamic community#039;s criterion for progress over the modern criterion for progress will be proved and finally the influence of the intellectual system of Ibn Rushd over progress of IranianIslamic community will be analyzed.
