تبيين عوامل موثر بر استفاده معلمان ابتدايي شهرستان بندرانزلي از فن‌آوري هاي اطلاعاتي و ارتباطي در فعاليت هاي آموزشي

Explanation of the Effective Factors on the Using Information and Communication Technology in Educational Activities by the Primary School Teachers of Bandar-e-Anzali Township

آموزش و پرورش، به منظور حفظ و ارتقاي نقش خود در امر تعليم و تربيت دانش آموزان، ناگزير از به‌كارگيري فن‎آوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات است. بنابراين، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبيين عوامل موثر بر استفاده معلمان ابتدايي شهرستان بندرانزلي از فن‌آوري هاي اطلاعاتي و ارتباطي در فعاليت هاي آموزشي به انجام رسيد. اين پژوهش، كمي- كاربردي و از نظر گردآوري داده ها، پيمايشي است. از 280 نفر معلم ابتدايي شهرستان بندرانزلي، 162 نفر به‌ روش تصادفي ساده به‌عنوان نمونه مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. يافته-هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه امكانات فني مربوط به فن‌آوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در تعيين هدف، عمده-ترين عامل موثر بر ميزان به‌كارگيري فن‌آوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات توسط معلمان هستند. بر اساس نتايج تحقيق، سه عامل از تحليل عاملي اكتشافي استخراج شد: عامل اول هدف و محتوا، عامل دوم روش تدريس و ارزشيابي و عامل سوم امكانات فني كه در مجموع 74/83% از واريانس كل را تبيين كرده اند. با توجه به يافته‌هاي تحقيق، فراهم ساختن امكانات فني و ارتقاي صلاحيت هاي معلمان از طريق برگزاري دوره‌هاي ضمن خدمت مناسب پيشنهاد مي شود.

Ministry of Education, in order to preserve and promote its role in training and educating the students, has to use informational technology and communication. Hence, the current study aimed to explain the effective factors on the usage of information technology and communication in educational activities by the primary school teachers of Bandar-e-Anzali. It was a quantitative-functional study. With regard to data collection, it was of survey type. From 280 primary school teachers of Bandar-e-Anzali, a total of 162 persons were selected as the sample via a simple random method. The findings of this study showed that in determining the goal, technical facilities related to information technology and communications were the most effective factors for usage of information technology and communication by teachers. According to the results of this research, three factors extracted from the explorative factorial analysis: the first factor was the purpose and content, the second was method of teaching and evaluation and the third one was technical facilities which, altogether, explained 83.74% of total variance. With regard to the findings of the research, providing the technical facilities and promoting the teachers capacities by conducting proper in-service courses is suggested.
