جنسيت، اشتغال و دارايي از ديدگاه جامعه‌شناسي اسلامي

Gender, Vocation and Property in View of Islamic Sociology

اين مقاله با رويكرد جامعه‌شناسي اسلامي، به تبيين علّي و كاركردي «جنسيت» در «اشتغال» و «دارايي» مي‌پردازد. رويكرد هنجاري اسلام به اشتغال زنان، تبيين علّي تمايز شغلي زن و مرد، تحليل كاركردي تمايز شغلي زن و مرد، و رويكرد هنجاري اسلام به دارايي زنان و تبيين تفاوت جنسيتي دارايي‌ها، رئوس مباحث اين مقاله را تشكيل مى‌دهند. در خلال هر يك از مباحث مقاله، با اشاره‌اي گذرا به ديدگاه‌هاي جامعه‌شناختي به‌ويژه فمينيستي و سپس بيان ديدگاه اسلام، زمينه مقايسه رويكرد اسلامي با رويكردهاي رقيب فراهم شده است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش به طور خلاصه از اين قرارند: رويكرد اسلامي با تكيه بر مباني متمايز هستي‌شناختي و معرفت‌شناختي و با بهره‌گيري از نكات مثبت نظريه‌هاى جامعه‌شناسي جنسيت و پرهيز از استلزامات ايدئولوژيك آنها، تبييني چندعلّتي ارائه مي‌دهد كه برحسب آن، عوامل سه‌گانه ذيل در تمايزهاي جنسيتي در اشتغال مؤثرند: 1) پيش‌زمينه‌هاي فطري كه در تفاوت‌هاي طبيعي زن و مرد نمود مي‌يابند؛ 2) عوامل بي‌واسطه كه از جنس عوامل فرهنگي‌اند؛ 3) عوامل واسطه‌اي يا مكمّل، شامل جامعه‌پذيري، عوامل حقوقي و اقتصادي. از نگاه كاركردي نيز تمايز جنسيتي در اشتغال برحسب كاركردهاى اجتماعي مهم آن، از جمله تحكيم خانواده، تأمين آرامش روانى همسران و تربيت فرزندان سالم و شايسته، تبيين مي‌شود.

Via the approach of Islamic sociology, this article states the cause and the application of gender, vocation and property. The normal approach of Islam towards the women’s vocation, the causal statement of the vocational discrimination of man and woman, the applied analysis of vocational differences of man and woman, the normal approach of Islam towards women’s property as well as the statement of gender differences of properties will be the main issues of this article.Among each of the issues of the article, via a brief point to the sociological approaches particularly feministic approach and then the statement of Islam’s view, it has been provided the ground for the comparison of Islamic approach with the opponent approaches. The findings of the study are briefly stated as the following: The Islamic approach relying on the distinguished principles of epistemology and anthology, taking benefit from the positive points of sociological theories of gender, and abstaining from their ideological necessities, it presents a statement along with numerous reasons on the basis of which the following threedimensional elements in gender discrimination will be effective: 1. innate backgrounds which represent in the natural differences of man and woman; 2. direct elements being identified as cultural elements 3. indirect or complementary elements such as sociableness’, lawful and economical elements Through an applied view, the gender discrimination in vocation is stated on the basis of it major social functions such as the strength of family, providing mental peace of wives as well as raising healthy and deserved off springs.
