اثربخشي مشاوره زناشويي مبتني بر الگوي كاربرد عملي مهارت‌هاي ارتباط صميمانه (PAIRS) بر بهبود عملكرد خانوادگي زوج‌هاي داراي ناسازگاري زناشويي

The Effectiveness of Couple Counseling Based on Practical Application of Intimacy Relationship Skills Model on Family Function Improvement in Couples with Marital Incompatibility

هدف: انجام درست نقش‌ها و تكاليف زناشويي براي عملكرد خانواده حياتي است و هرگونه تغيير يا نابساماني در روابط زوج‌ها مي‌تواند عملكرد كل سيستم خانواده را تحت تأثير قرار دهد . تا كنون پژوهش­هاي متعددي دراين مورد صورت گرفته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي اثربخشي كاربرد عملي مهارت­هاي ارتباط صميمانه (PAIRS) بر بهبود عملكرد خانوادگي زوج‌هاي ناسازگار شهر مشهد بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر پژوهشي نيمه آزمايشي از نوع پيش آزمون ـ پس آزمون با گروه كنترل است. جامعه آماري شامل همه زوج‌هاي مراجعه كننده به يكي از مراكز مشاوره خانواده شهر مشهد بودند. در اين پژوهش 57 زوج حضور داشتند كه بطور تصادفي در دو گروه آزمايش و كنترل قرار گرفتند  و 10 جلسه مشاوره مبتني بر رويكرد PAIRS دريافت نمودند. آزمودني­ها در دو مرحله پيش­آزمون و پس­آزمون با استفاده از پرسشنامه ابزار سنجش خانوادگي (FAD) مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. براي تحليل داده­ها از آزمون تحليل كوواريانس (ANCOVA) و t مستقل استفاده شد. يافته ها: نتايج نشان داد كه رويكرد PAIRS عملكرد خانوادگي را در زوج‌ها گروه آزمايش نسبت به زوجين گروه كنترل بطور معناداري بهبود بخشيد. نتايج تحقيق حاضر بيانگر اينست كه نه تنها مشاوره زناشويي مبتني بر مدل PAIRS به بهبود عملكرد خانوادگي زوجها منتهي مي‌شود، بلكه حوزه‌هاي حل مسأله، ارتباط، نقش‌ها، پاسخ‌دهي عاطفي، درآميختگي عاطفي و كنترل رفتار را بهبود مي‌بخشد. نتيجه گيري: بنابراين مي­توان نتيجه گرفت كه رويكرد PAIRS در بهبود عملكرد خانوادگي زوجين ناسازگار موثر است

: .Proper Performance couple roles and duties is vital to family functioning and any change or disorder in couple relationship, can affect whole family system. In line with many other related researches, the purpose of this research is the effectiveness of Practical Application of Intimacy Relationship Skills (PAIRS) on family function improvement helpless couples in Mashhad. Method: The presented research was applied semiexperimental method and type of pretestposttest and control group that was implemented at 2010. Statistical population consisted of all couples were referred to a clinic of family therapy on Mashhad City. In this study, 57 couples were selected through random sampling methods, which assigned into two control and experimental groups and received 10 counseling session based on PAIRS approach. Participants were measured in two stage pretest and posttest by Family Assessment Device (FAD). Covariance and Independent sample ttest was carried out for data analysis. Conclusion: Results show that PAIRS approach improved significantly family functioning in couples experimental group than couples control group. So this research showed that couple counseling related PAIRS model not only led to enhancement of couple general family functioning but also dimensions of problem solving, communication, roles, affective responsiveness, affective involvement and behavior control.
