The Role of the Occurrence of Hokumat-e Velaʹʹi (Government of the Jurist) in the Globalization of Mahdavi Thought

نويسنده با نگاهي به موضوع جهاني شدن و سهم ديانت اسلام در آن، سخن خود را از اهم تمهيدات ديني در اين جهت آغاز مي كند. ولايت ديني به خصوص در نوع نگاه شيعه، كه آن را در زمان غيبت به وسيله ولي فقيه ساري و جاري دانسته، مهم ترين تمهيدي است كه از آن سخن به ميان مي آيد؛ چه آن كه موضوع مديريت ديني جامعه براساس اعتقاد شيعه اثناعشري، تحت عنوان «ولايت فقيه»، آن گاه كه با نقش دولت و مردم سنجيده شود، زمينه ساز و عهده دار تشكيل جامعه مهدوي مي باشد. توجيه مدعا آن كه فقها، چنان كه در بيان پيامبر9 به عنوان «امنا الرسل» ناميده شده اند، بايد امر ولايت جامعه را عهده دار بوده، سرانجام اين امانت را به صاحب اصلي آن، يعني حضرت صاحب الزمان? تسليم نمايند، و دولت اسلامي به عنوان نماد قدرت الهي در جامعه انساني، و مردم به عنوان ياور دين خدا به محوريت فقهاي عظام، مهدي باوراني هستند كه با عمل به وظايف خود زمينه ظهور را فراهم مي نمايند. در پايان اين بخش به عنوان ماكت رفتاري منتظران مقدمش به يك الگو اشاره مي شود.

W ith a look to globalization and the role of the faith of Islam in, the author starts his most important religious scheme. Especially, In the period of the absence or occultation (ghayba) of Imam, the religious vel?yat which it is run by Vali-e-Faqih (Guardian Jurist) in Shia look is the most important scheme (which is determined). The issue of the religious management of the community based on Twelver Shia or the Ithn? ʹashariyyahʹ under the title" vel?yat e-Faqihis underlying and responsible to establish Mahdavi society when it asses the role of government and people. The justification for this claim is that the Islamic jurists (fuqaha) as they are called trustees of the prophets in the speech of the Islam holy prophet are entrusted the responsibility on" vel?yat (guardianship) of the community and at last they should return the trust to its real owner Imam Mahdi (p.b.u.h). The Islamic government (as a symbol of Godʹs power in human society) and people (as assistants of Godʹs religion and the Islamic jurists -fuqaha- is the pivot of it) are those who believe in Mahdi (p.b.u.h) and they make the back ground of manifestation" (zuhur) with their deed (action) provide. At the end of this part, a model as a behavior Marquette is determined (shown) for Imam Mahdiʹs reappearance waiters.
