بررسي مفهوم جنگ نرم و تاكتيك‌هاي آن

Investigation the concept of soft war and its tactics

جنگ نرم به هر گونه اقدام رواني و تبليغاتي گفته مي‌شود كه هدف آن جامعه يا گروه بوده و عمده تفاوت آن با جنگ سخت (نظامي)، عدم درگيري و استفاده از سلاح‌هاي نظامي است. در واقع جنگ نرم استفاده دقيق و طراحي شده از تبليغات و ابزارهاي مربوطه جهت تاثير گذاري بر عقايد، فرهنگ، سياست، احساسات، تمايلات، رفتار و مختصات فكري دشمن با توسل به شيوه‌هايي كه موجب پيشرفت مقاصد امنيت ملي مي‌شود، است (مرني، 1389: 2). موضوع جنگ نرم كه به نوعي آن را جنگ فرهنگي، سياسي، اقتصادي و اعتقادي مي‌نامند، در سال‌هاي اخير يكي از چالش‌هاي اساسي نزد كشورهاي در حال توسعه به شمار رفته كه در اين جبهه، هوشياري و بيداري توام با درايت نخبگان و اصحاب فكر و انديشه جامعه، به عنوان مهم‌ترين اصل مي‌باشد. در سال‌هاي اخير، سيل تهاجم‌هاي گسترده بلوك غرب و شرق، متوجه كشورمان بوده، به‌گونه‌اي كه جمهوري اسلامي ايران آماج حملات تهاجمي از نوع نرم و فرهنگي قرار گرفته و حتي در مواقعي كشور را با چالش مواجه ساخته است. البته در اين راستا هوشياري و آگاهي به موقع مقام معظم رهبري(مدظله العالي) و مردم، اغلب تاكتيك‌ها و ترفندهاي دشمنان و نقشه‌هاي شوم آنان را نقش بر آب كرده است. با امعان نظر به تاكتيك‌هاي متنوعي كه در اين جنگ وجود دارد (تاكتيك‌هايي از قبيل دروغ بزرگ، ترديد افكني، مغالطه، تصديق، برچسب زدن، پاره حقيقت‌گويي، ترور شخصيت، مبالغه، الگوسازي از سبك زندگي غربي و...)، بديهي است كه بايستي به تفهيم اين مهم بپردازيم. لذا در اين تحقيق به تفهيم جنگ نرم پرداخته و پس از شناخت اهداف جنگ نرم، ويژگي‌هاي جنگ نرم و تبيين منابع قدرت نرم در جمهوري اسلامي ايران (براي مقابله با جنگ نرم)، و آشنايي با انواع تاكتيك‌هاي جنگ نرم، در راستاي مقابله با جنگ نرم به ذكر پيشنهادهاي كاربردي خواهيم پرداخت.

The soft war is any kind of psychological act and propagandistic that its target is society or group and it’s most different with the hard war (military) is lack of using the military weapons. Indeed the soft war is precise and planned use from the propagandas and the tool for effectiveness on the believes, Culture , politics , emotions , desires , behaviors and peculiarities enemy force in ways that will improve national security purposes (Merny,2:1389). The soft war matter that it’s called in some way, cultural, political, economic and ideological in recent years is one of the major challenges by developing countries that in this front, the consciousness and awareness mixed with elite’ wisdom and the people thought of community is the most important principle. In recent years, a deluge of widespread defensives of the East Block and West Block, has threatened our country, in some way that I.R.I has been the aim of soft and cultural offensive attacks and even sometimes has faced the country with the challenge. Although in this regard the leader and people’s awareness and consciousness has frustrated most of the enemy’s tactics and tricks and their disastrous plans. By noting to the various tactics which is in this war ( Tactics , such as the Big Lie , doubts projection , fallacy , verification , labeling , half-truth , character assassination , hyperbole, modeling of the Western lifestyle, etc.) ,it is clear that we should engage to the realization of this problem. So in this research we engage to the realization of soft war and after recognition of the soft war’s aims, characteristics and explanation of soft power’s resources in I.R.I (to deal with the soft war), and being familiar with the soft war’s various tactics toward against with soft war we will mention some practical suggestions.
