The role of Self-security culture in the prevention of crimes and offenses

خداوند متعال در آيه14 سوره قيامت مي‌فرمايد: «بَلِ الْاِنسَانُ عَلَي نَفْسِهِ بَصِيرَه؛ بلكه انسان خودش از وضع خود آگاه است». انسان‌ها همواره در معرض انحراف‌ها و بدي‌ها قرار داشته و ارتكاب يا عمل نكردن به جرايم و تخلفات توسط انسان‌ها، نيازمند نيرويي دروني و باطني است. خودحفاظتي احراز وضعيت آگاهانه و موثر دروني كاركنان در جهت حفظ و صيانت - كه ‌مبتني بر تفكر و قوه عاقله آنان است - مي‌باشد. خودحفاظتي اعتقاد دروني كاركنان به رعايت ضوابط و اصول حفاظتي به عنوان اصلي‌ترين عامل موثر در ايجاد فرهنگ خودحفاظتي در سازمان به‌شمار مي‌رود. خودحفاظتي موجب تعالي فردفرد كاركنان گشته و ارتقاي خودحفاظتي و نهادينه نمودن فرهنگ آن در سازمان، عاملي موثر و مطمين در پيشگيري از جرايم و تخلفات محسوب مي‌گردد. در واقع خودحفاظتي مطمين‌ترين و بهترين شيوه حفظ و پايداري و صيانت از سازمان مي‌باشد. كاهش و يا مهار جرايم و تخلفات در سازمان از طريق اقدامات خودحفاظتي، عاملي است پيشگيرانه كه به عنوان موثرترين و كم هزينه‌ترين روش‌هاي كنترل و مهار جرايم و تخلفات داراي اثربخشي خاص مي‌باشند. تفكر، احساس، حس كردن و شهود، از شاخصه‌هاي ارتباط متقابل خودحفاظتي و تفكرگرايي است. خودحفاظتي داراي نقش و كاركردهاي متعددي در حوزه‌هاي فضيلت‌‌ محوري، معرفت‌ محوري، نظارت و ديدگاه سازماني مي‌باشد كه هر حوزه نيز داراي شاخص‌هاي مرتبط با خود بوده كه به طور كلي در پيشگيري از ارتكاب جرايم و تخلفات توسط آحاد كاركنان در سازمان (به عنوان فرهنگ خودحفاظتي) جلوه و نمود پيدا مي‌كند.

God says in verse 14 of Resurrection Sur a “the man himself is aware of his situation". Humans have always been subject to distraction and evil and committing or not committing crimes and violations by human, need to inner and inmost strength. Self-security is attaining the consciouslyand effectively situation of internal staff to maintain and preserve –that is based on their thinking and imagination -.Self-security is personnel’s internal believe to observe the criteria and protection principles as the most important factor in creating a self-security culture in the organization. Self-security causes individual growth of employees and promoting self-security and institutionalizes the culture of the organization, considered an effective and safe agent in the prevention of crimes and violations. Indeed self-security is safest and best method to protect and stability and preserve from organization .Decrease or suppression of crimes and offenses in the organization through self-security act, is a preventive agent that has an special effect as the most effective and less cost methods of control and suppression of crimes and offenses. Thinking, feeling, sensing and witnesses are from the attribute of the self-security and think- tendency interaction. Self-security has various role and functions virtue-based and insight-based areas, supervision and organizational perspective that each area too has indices that is related to itself that generally in the crime and offences prevention by all employees in the organization( as a self-security culture) become impressive and appeal.
