The rol of future researching in crisis managing

بسياري از صاحب‌نظران، عصر حاضر را «عصر بحران» ناميده‌اند. مشكلات حاد موجود در سازمان‌ها، حوادث طبيعي، زيست محيطي، آشوب‌هاي سياسي، اجتماعي، مشكلات اقتصادي، سختي‌هاي ناشي از جنگ‌ها و بحران‌هاي بين‌المللي، بخشي از بحران‌هاي پيش‌روي مديران مي‌باشند. به تناسب بحران‌هاي يادشده، راهكارها و سيستم‌هاي متنوعي براي كنترل اوضاع موجود ابداع گرديد كه حاصل بخشي از اين تلاش‌ها، دانشي است به نام مديريت بحران. بدون شك، يكي از كارويژه‌هاي مديريت بحران، عبور از وضعيت بحراني و بازگشت به شرايط عادي است. مديران بحران ضمن توجه به شرايط زماني بحران و اثرات مخرب اجتماعي آن، به دنبال راه‌هايي هستند تا تهديدهاي فرارو را به فرصت تبديل نمايند؛ فرآيند مذكور نيازمند آگاهي از اوضاع و شرايط آينده است. از آنجايي كه آينده‌پژوهي فرصتي ساختارمند در مطالعه و واكاوي بحران‌هاي آتي را در اختيار مديران بحران قرار مي‌دهد، با چنين رويكردي مي‌توان بحران‌ها را بهتر مديريت كرد. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش تحقيق توصيفي (اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي) و تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها بر اساس مباني نظري، ضمن تبيين مفاهيم آينده‌پژوهي و مديريت بحران و برخي از مباحث مرتبط، به دنبال پاسخ به اين سوال است كه آينده‌پژوهي چه نقشي در مديريت بحران دارد؟ يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه فنون آينده‌پژوهي، مي‌تواند با ترسيم چشم‌انداز و آينده‌هاي موردنظر، امكان بهره‌برداري از فرصت‌ها و مواجهه با تهديدهاي ناشي از بحران‌ها را براي مديران فراهم نمايد.

Many pundits believe that present time is called crisis time. Organizationsʹ adversity natural and environmental disasters political economical turmoils wars and international crises are some of them.According to mentioned crises there are various systems and solutions to control conditions which some part of that called crisis management. Without doubt one of the special works which must be done is to control the crisis and put the conditions into good and normal ones.crisis managers notice to crisis conditions and their destructive social effects and looking for turning threats into opportunities and it demands knowledge and understanding of future conditions.Since studying about future gives structural opportunity to analyze about future crises for managers they can manage crises better in the future. This research uses descriptive and analyzing data(documentation and library researching) and analyze the notion of future researching crisis management and looking for answer to this question that whether searching about future is useful for managing crisis?Findings of research show that we can turn threats of crisis into opportunities with planning for suitable future and enable managers to control crises and their threats.
