Process Reengineering of Management In Iran Smart Schools With the emphasis on the role of information and communication technology

فرايند هوشمندسازي مدارس، كاستي‏هايي دارد كه پژوهش حاضر درصدد برآمده است عوامل تأثيرگذار بر فرايند مديريت در مدارس هوشمند را شناسايي و معرفي كند. اين پژوهش رويكردي توسعه اي و كاربردي و روشي توصيفي پيمايشي در پيش گرفته است. همزمان با مطالعۀ ميداني، داده هاي پژوهش در قالب مصاحبه و پرسشنامه گردآوري شدند. جامعۀ آماري، مدارس هوشمند وزارت آموزش‎وپرورش كشور است. نمونه گيري به‎روش هدف دار بود و ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامۀ 36 سؤالي با عوامل تأثيرگذار بر فرايند مديريت مدارس هوشمند در نظر گرفته شد. بخش اول هر سؤال، ضمن تعيين جايگاه عامل در فرايند مديريت، تعلق عامل به يكي از حوزه­هاي مديريتي (برنامه‎ريزي، سازماندهي، رهبري و كنترل) را با دسته‎بندي دابرين مشخص مي‎كرد و قسمت دوم سؤال، ميزان اثرگذاري عامل بر فرايند مديريت در مدارس هوشمند را نشان مي‎داد. درنهايت عوامل مؤثر بر فرايند مديريت در مدارس هوشمند، پس از شناسايي و اولويت‎بندي‎، در گروه‎هاي وظيفه‏اي دابرين دسته­بندي شدند و بر اساس اين پژوهش، عوامل زيرمجموعه‏اي دسته‏ها، استخراج شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد اينترنت پرسرعت، بسترسازي، يكپارچه سازي و ارتقاي توان علمي و شغلي، بر فرايند مديريت در مدارس هوشمند 100 درصد تأثيرگذار است.

In the areas that the introduction of information technology has fundamentally changed and is the field of education, has some shortcomings. The aim of this research sought to identify factors affecting the management of smart schools. In this paper simultaneously has been using field studies to collect data in the form of interviews and a questionnaire survey. The statistical community of this research has been the smart schools under the education of I.R.IRAN. Purposive sling method is used and the data collection tool was a questionnaire consists of 36 questions that each question designates one of effective factors on the management of smart schools. Also each question consists of two parts. The first part designates the position of factor in the management process, which represents the domain#039 s belonging to the management agent (planning, organizing, leading, controlling), According to the classification of Dabryn and in the second part the amount of affect of the factors on the process of managing the smart schools were examined. At the end the factors affecting the management of smart schools, recognized and prioritized, and were divided indabryn groups. According to this research subsets are extracted. The research conclusions show that the factors quot Internet Speedquot , quot The Introduction, facilities and smart equipment OF schoolsquot , quot Web and portal OF school, and solid sculpture systemsquot , quot Promote academic ability and OF potential beneficiaries” ARE Effective ON the management process in the smart schools.
