بررسي تأثير استقرار كارت‌ هوشمند سلامت بر كيفيت ‌خدمات ‌بهداشتي درماني (پيمايشي در مركز آموزشي‌ پژوهشي‌ درماني شهيد‌ دكتر‌ بهشتي‌ قم)

The effect of Health smart cards for Quality Health care services ( doctor martyr Beheshti medical research center in Qom)

هدف از اين پژوهش، بررسي تأثير استفاده از كارت ‏هوشمند سلامت بر ابعاد كيفيت خدمات بهداشتي درماني در مركز آموزشي درماني شهيد بهشتي قم است. اين پژوهش از نظر روش، توصيفي پيمايشي و از نظر هدف كاربردي است. جامعۀ آماري آن كليۀ پزشكان، پرستاران و كارشناسان مدارك پزشكي شاغل در مركز آموزشي درماني شهيد بهشتي قم (444 نفر) است. براي تحليل داده‎ها از 124 پرسشنامه استفاده ‏شده است. روش نمونه‏گيري ‌استفاده‌شده روش طبقه‏اي نسبي است و در طبقات مد نظر نمونه‏گيري به‏صورت تصادفي ساده انجام ‏شده است. به‏منظور تحليل داده‏ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‏هاي كولموگروف‌ـ اسميرنوف ويلكاكسون تحليل عاملي اكتشافي و تأييدي و ماتريس عوامل دوران استفاده شد. نتايج تحليل نشان داد كه استقرار كارت ‏هوشمند سلامت بر كيفيت خدمات بهداشتي درماني تأثير مثبت و معنا‏داري دارد و در ميان شش بعد كيفيت خدمات ‌بررسي‌شده بر ابعاد قابليت اطمينان و ملموسات تأثير بيشتري دارد. تحليل متغيرهاي جمعيت‌شناختي نشان داد كه نظرها دربارۀ تأثير استقرار كارت ‏هوشمند سلامت بر كيفيت خدمات درماني ارتباط معنا‏داري با جنسيت و سطح تحصيلات دارد و همچنين متغير ‌بحث‌شده ارتباط معنا‏داري با متغير سن، سابقۀ فعاليت ندارد.

The main objective of this study was to investigate the effect of the use health smart card on the aspects quality of healthcare services in doctor martyr beheshti medical research center in qom . With regard to the measures taken in the context of the establishment of this card in Qom and the lack of previous experience in this province, one of the concerns of the authorities to investigate the performance and capabilities of the card and its effects on the quality of health services is affecting the present study is to respond to this concerns. This research method is descriptive and applied to the target population of physicians, nurses and medical record experts employed at the Medical Center have formed a martyr Beheshti Qom due to more awareness cognitive advantages associated with its use of smart cards have given. The population is equal to the number of 444 and 124 questionnaire for data analysis is used. The sling method used in this research was stratified random sling conducted in the respective classes. Spss software for data analysis exploratory factor analysis confirmed, KolmogorovSmirnov Test, Wilcoxon Test matrix of factors were used. The analysis results showed that Health Smart Cards for quality of health care services positive and significant effects on Dimension quality of the reliability Tangibles . Analysis of demographic variables that influence opinions about the quality of health care Health Smart Cards significantly related to gender and education level, and also no experience discussed the variables significantly associated with age.
