ادراك پرستاران از علل كاربرد درمان‌هاي مكمل در عملكرد پرستاري باليني

The nurses’ perceptions of the reasons for using complementary therapies in clinical nursing practice

زمينه و هدف: بسياري از پرستاران خواستار ادغام درمان هاي مكمل با طب مرسوم بوده و برخي از آن ها در عملكرد باليني خود از اين گونه روش ها استفاده مي كنند. علل به كارگيري اين درمان ها توسط پرستاران در عرصه هاي مختلف متفاوت و شناسايي آن ها مهم و ضروري است. لذا اين مطالعه با هدف تبيين ادراك پرستاران از علل كاربرد درمان هاي مكمل در عملكرد پرستاري باليني طراحي شد. مواد و روش ها: اين مطالعه كيفي از نوع تحليل محتواي قراردادي در فاصله تيرماه 93 تا تير 94 در شهرهاي اصفهان و كاشان انجام شد. نمونه گيري به روش مبتني بر هدف انجام و تا رسيدن به اشباع داده ها ادامه يافت. با 15 پرستار داراي تجربه غني مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته انجام شد. داده ها هم زمان با جمع آوري به روش تحليل محتواي قراردادي تحليل شدند. جهت سازماندهي و كمك به تحليل داده ها از نرم افزار MAX QDA استفاده شد. يافته ها: در رابطه با هدف پژوهش 4 طبقه اصلي quot;تمايلات و ادراكات اخلاق محور quot;، quot;باورها و اعتقادات تعهدآور quot;، quot;توجه به اطلاعات كسب شده از منابع غير رسمي quot; و quot;توجه به اطلاعات كسب شده از منابع رسمي quot; استخراج شد كه از آن ها 2 درون مايه ي quot;تعهد اخلاقي پرستار quot; و quot;استفاده پرستار از منابع اطلاعات quot; انتزاع گرديد. نتيجه گيري: عملكرد پرستار در رابطه با علت كاربرد درمان هاي مكمل در بالين، توسط تعهد اخلاقي و استفاده وي از منابع اطلاعاتي مختلف بالاخص منابع غيررسمي قابل تبيين است. آگاهي از اين يافته ها براي برنامه ريزان و دست اندركاران در ارائه دستورالعمل و مدل هاي عملكردي مرتبط با كاربرد درمان هاي مكمل در بالين مفيد است.

Background and Objective: Many of the nurses has been calling for the integration the complementary therapies into the conventional medicine. Some of them use these methods in their clinical practice. The reasons for application of complementary therapies by nurses are different in various fields. Identification of these reasons are essential and important. So, this study was conducted to explore the nursesrsquo; perceptions of the reasons for using complementary therapies in clinical nursing practice. Materials and Method: This qualitative content analysis study was done from June 2014 to July 2015 in Isfahan and Kashan cities. Sampling was done purposively and was continued until data saturation. Semistructured interviews were done with fifteen nurses who had firsthand and rich experience. Data were analyzed concurrently with data collection.Data analysis was done via the conventional content analysis approach and MaxQDA software was used to help organizing and analyzing the data. Results: Results showed that 4 major categories including ethical trends perceptions, lsquo;commitment beliefs, attention to information from informal sources and attention to information from formal sources. Also two main themes includinglsquo;nurses moral obligation and lsquo;nursersquo; use of information sources were abstracted. Conclusion: The nurses practice about the reasons for using complementary therapies in clinical settings can be explained by their moral obligation and obtained information from various sources especially informal sources. These findings are useful for managers to designing guidelines and models related to integration of complementary therapies into nursing practice.
