شبكه الجزيره و حوزه عمومي نوظهور در جهان عرب

Aljazeera Network and Nascent Public Sphere in Arab World

از دهه 1990 به اين سو، شاهد پيدايش و گسترش حوزه عمومي فراملي در فضاي سايبري و ماهواره اي و بسيج افكار عمومي در سطح جهاني هستيم. از سال 2000 ميلادي به اين سو، در منطقه خاورميانه و شمال آفريقا نيز نوعي حوزه عمومي در فضاي سايبري و ماهواره اي شكل گرفته و در حال گسترش است. در اين نوشتار، با روش تبيين علي تحليلي، نگارنده در صدد ارائه پاسخ تحليلي به اين پرسش است كه چرا شبكه ماهواره اي الجزيره در شكل گيري حوزه عمومي نوظهور در جهان عرب موفق بوده است ؟ فرضيه تحقيق آن است كه شبكه الجزيره با فراهم كردن فرصت براي شركت آزادانه و برابر همه افراد و گروه ها در گفتگوها و ميزگردها، سوق دادن گفتگوها و افكار عمومي به سمت نقد، متمركز كردن گفتگوها و مشاركت هاي مخاطبان بر مسائل مشترك اعراب و هدايت و بسيج عمومي به سمت كنشگري دموكراتيك در ايجاد و گسترش حوزه عمومي نوظهور در جهان عرب موفق بوده است. يافته كلي اين پژوهش آن است كه شبكه الجزيره در تحقق بخشيدن به اصول و ويژگي هاي طرح شده درمدل مطلوب حوزه عمومي هابرماس مانند اصل گفتگوي عام و برابر، هدايت گفتگوها به انتقاد و مسائل و نارضايتي هاي مشترك و در نهايت، بسيج افكار عمومي و اعتراضات (اصل كنش عام) در جهان عرب از موفقيت زيادي برخوردار بوده است.

From 1990s onward, we observe the genesis and extension of supranational public sphere in cybernetic and satellite space and mobilization of public opinion universally. From 2000 onward, in Middle East and North Africa, a type of public sphere has been shaped and expanded in cybernetic and satellite space. In this article by causalanalytical method, the author tries to give analytical answer to this question: why has been successful the Aljazeera satellite network in shaping of nascent public sphere in Arab world? The hypothesis is that: Aljazeera Network has been successful in the genesis and expansion of nascent public sphere due to these reasons: making opportunities for free and equal participation of all individuals and groups in dialogues and round tables, pushing of dialogues and public opinion to criticism, centralizing of dialogues and audiences on Arab’s general issues and public mobilization to democratic and revolutionary activism. The total finding of this research is that: Aljazeera Network has had high successfulness in fulfillment of tenets and characteristics of ideal model of Habermas such as: the principal of equal and general dialogue, pushing of dialogues to criticism and public dissatisfactions and issues and in end, mobilization of public opinion and protests in Arab world ,the principle of general action.
