بررسي رابطه سلامت روان با تعهدسازماني در پرستاران شاغل در بيمارستان‌هاي وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان

The Relationship Between Mental Health and Organizational Commitment in Nurses Working at Hospitals Affiliated With Isfahan University of Medical Sciences

مقدمه: عدم توجه به عوامل مرتبط با سلامت روان يكي ازعوامل مهم دركاهش كارآيي، ازدست رفتن نيروي انساني و ايجاد عوارض جسمي و رواني خصوصاً در خدمات حرفهاي ميباشد. هدف از اين مطالعه "بررسي رابطه سلامت روان با تعهدسازماني در پرستاران شاغل در بيمارستانهاي وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان" است. روش كار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصيفي همبستگي است كه 211 پرستارشاغل بيمارستانهاي وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان در سال 1393 به روش نمونه گيري سيستماتيك انتخاب شدند. جهت جمعآوري داده ها از پرسشنامههاي اطلاعات دموگرافيك، استاندارد سلامت روان SCL25 و سه بعدي عاطفي، مستمر و هنجاري تعهد سازماني آلن وماير استفاده شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل دادهها از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي استفاده شد. يافتهها: نتايج مطالعه نشان داد ميانگين نمره سلامت روان پرستاران (16 18/ 3) كه نشان دهنده سلامت روان خوب در آنان ميباشد. ميانگين نمره تعهد سازماني دركل 7/4 64/4كه نشان ميدهد اكثريت (84) درصد پرستاران از تعهد سازماني متوسطي برخوردار بودهاند. بين سلامت روان با تعهد سازماني دركل و در ابعاد آن (عاطفي، مستمر و هنجاري) رابطه معناداري مشاهده نشد. نتايج نشان داد كه مشخصات دموگرافيك سن (0/004= P)، ميزان درامد ماهانه (0/001> P) و وضعيت تأهل (0/001> P) با سلامت روان و سابقه كار با تعهد سازماني رابطه معني داري وجود دارد. نتيجه گيري: نتايج حاصل از مطالعه حاضر به اثبات ميرساند كه تعهد سازماني در پرستاران را نميتوان بر اساس سلامت رواني آنها تعيين كرد.

Introduction: Not paying attention to factors related to mental health is one of the important issues involved in decreased efficiency, losing human force with physical and mental side effects especially in professional services. Considering the important role of Organizational Commitment (OC) and mental health disorders, this study was conducted to evaluate the relationship between organizational commitment and mental health. Methods: This descriptivecorrelational study was performed in 2014, on nurses working in Isfahan University of Medical Science, Iran. Using systematic sampling, 211 nurses were selected to participate in the study. Data were collected by the researcher using questionnaires including demographic form, SCL25 and Allen and Mayeramp;lsquo;s organizational commitment. The data were analyzed by descriptive and analytical statistics using the SPSS16 software. Statistical tests were considered significant at pvalues of less than 0.05. Results: The mean score of mental health and organizational commitment in nurses was 18.3 16 and 64.4 7.4, respectively. No significant relationship was observed between mental health and organizational commitment in general and in its dimensions (emotional, continuous and normative). This study revealed that nurses had good mental health and showed medium organizational commitment, but mental health was unrelated to organizational commitment. Considering the medium level of organizational commitment, it is necessary for authorities to improve nursesamp;rsquo; understanding of organizational commitment by recognizing, understanding and managing their feelings, perform appropriate evaluation of their work and provide clear feedback and thus improve the quality of nursing services. Conclusions: Based on the results there was no significant and direct relationship between mental health and organizational commitment.
