مباني روش‌شناختي پژوهش اسنادي در علوم اجتماعي؛ مورد مطالعه: تأثيرات مدرن‌شدن بر خانواده ايراني

Methodological Principles of Documentary Research in Social Sciences; Case of Study: Impacts of Modernization on Iranian Family

به‌كارگيري روش پژوهش اسنادي يكي از ويژگي‌هاي عمده روش‌شناختي در پژوهش‌هاي علوم انساني، به‌ويژه مطالعات جامعه‌شناختي با بُرد كلان، به‌شمار مي‌رود. استفاده نظام‌يافته و هدف‌مند از روش اسنادي، مستلزم آگاهي از زمينه معرفت‌شناختي و جنبه‌هاي تكنيكي آن است. منابع و اسناد مطالعاتي به‌مثابه ابزاري براي پي بردن به معاني، مقاصد و انگيزه‌هاي كنش‌هاي عاملان اجتماعي و اطلاع از پديده‌هاي اجتماعي تلقي مي‌شوند. اين مقاله تلاش مي‌كند تا امكان معرفي روش اسنادي را فراتر از يك تكنيك صرف با شفاف‌سازي جايگاه اين روش در ميان روش‌هاي پژوهشي مشابه فراهم نمايد. از اين‌رو، علاوه بر بيان انواع، ويژگي‌ها، كاربردها، شاخصه‌هاي تكنيكي و اعتبار روش اسنادي، نحوه اجراي آن در پنج مرحله نظام‌مند با ارائه مثالي درباره تأثيرات مدرن‌شدن بر تغييرات خانواده ايراني، به‌عنوان مورد مطالعاتي و به‌منزله راهنمايي عملي، معرفي شده است.

Documentary research method is one of the main characteristics of methodology in research in humanities, particularly in macrolevel sociological studies. Systematic and targeted use of documentary method requires knowledge of its epistemological backgrounds and technical aspects. Research documents and sources are a tool for understanding the meanings, objectives and incentives behind the actions of social agents and gaining information about social phenomena. The present paper is an attempt to prepare the grounds for introduction of documentary method beyond a mere technique through shedding light on the status of this method among research methods. Hence, besides explaining the different types, characteristics, applications, technical features and validity of documentary method, the way of its application, in five systematic stages, through giving an exle about impacts of modernization on Iranian family changes, has been introduced as a case of study and practical guide.
