بررسي ميزان تأثير مؤلفه هاي اخلاقي در تدريس اساتيد از ديدگاه دانشجويان دانشگاه كوثر بجنورد

The Effects of Ethical Codes in Teaching of University Teachers

وجود اخلاق در آموزش عالي باعث رشد و بالندگي آن مي‌شود. اخلاقي بودن استاد در حرفه اش حاصل دانستن، خواستن، توانستن و نگرش است. اخلاق و تدريس به طور ذاتي همسو و درهم تنيده مي باشند. استاد مهم ترين و اساسي ترين عامل موفقيت در تحقق اهداف آموزشي در هر دانشگاه مي باشد. در اين تحقيق به تعيين ميزان تأثير هر يك از مؤلفه هاي اخلاقي در تدريس اساتيد، از ديدگاه دانشجويان پرداخته شده است. پژوهش توصيفي مقطعي با مشاركت 23 دانشجوي مؤنث ترم دوم مقطع كارشناسي در رشته ي جغرافيا از دانشگاه كوثر بجنورد كه از معدل بالاي 5/16 در ترم اول برخوردار بودند انجام شد. طي پرسشنامه اي (بر اساس نتايج كار به دست آمده از تحقيق مطلبي فرد و همكاران، 1390) دانشجويان به ميزان تأثير هر يك از هشت مؤلفه ي اساسي در تدريس اخلاقي اساتيد با 22 زير مقوله در مقياس ليكرت 5 درجه اي پاسخ دادند. اين مؤلفه ها كارآمدي آموزشي، كارآمدي در ارائه ي محتوا، تعامل حرفه‌اي، توجه به رشد همه جانبه ي دانشجويان، احترام به همكاران، فضاي بحث مناسب در كلاس، احترام به كلاس و ارزشيابي درست را شامل مي شد. نتايج نشان داد كه كارآمدي آموزشي و ارزشيابي درست به عنوان شاخصه‌هاي بااهميت‌تري در تدريس اخلاقي اساتيد ايفاي نقش مي‌نمايند و نسبت به ساير مؤلفه‌ها از ميزان تأثير بيشتري برخوردار هستند. اساتيدي كه خود را ملزم به رعايت تدريس اخلاقي مي‌دانند به نحو بارزتري از روش ها و راهكارهاي آموزشي آگاه هستند و ارزشيابي مناسب و عادلانه اي انجام مي‌دهند. توجه به انتخاب اساتيد با كارآمدي آموزشي بالا و آگاه به اررزشيابي درست در نظام آموزش عالي شايان توجه مي باشد.

Considering ethics in higher education could lead to subsequent growth and development. Growing ethics in the teachers could be resulted from knowledge, will, ability, and attitude. Teaching and ethics are inherently interwoven. teacher is the most important factor in achieving educational goals in any academic institution, the present research has been conducted with the aim of determining the role and effects of ethical codes on the university teachers' teaching from the students’ viewpoint. This descriptive crosssectional study included 23 female bachelor students who studied geography in Kowsar University, Bojnord. Students answered to a questionnaire made on the basis of the study conducted by Motalebifard and his colleagues regarding the effects of eight basic factors and 22 subcategories in university teachers' ethical teaching. The questionnaire was designed on a fivedegree Likert scale and measured "educational capability", "content capability", "professional interaction", "paying attention to aspects of development in students", "respecting colleagues", "good class atmosphere", "respecting the class" and "proper evaluation". The results of this study revealed that, comparing to other factors, "educational capability" and "proper evaluation" are the most effective factors in ethical teaching and teachers who are committed to the ethical codes in their teaching have higher awareness regarding the teaching methods and approaches and make proper evaluations. This means that choosing the teachers with higher educational capabilities who are informed about assessment make should be one of the main concerns in the system of higher education.
