بررسي واكنش ايران به چالش‌ها و تحريم‌هاي بين‌المللي از منظر سازه‌انگارانه

Iran's Response to Challenges and International Sanctions from the Perspective of Constructionist

هدف اصلي اين مقاله، بررسي مسئله تحريم ايران از سوي غرب و كنش سلبي ايران به اين تحريم‌ها است. مسئله‌اي كه از سال 2002 به اين‌سو به چالشي اساسي ميان ايران و غرب تبديل شده بود. استدلال اين نوشتار آن است كه غربي‌ها با تحريم‌هاي گوناگون در مجاب‌سازي ايران در راستاي اهداف راهبردي خود تلاش كرده‌اند. درعين‌حال، ايران نه‌تنها در برابر اين تحريم‌ها از خود كنش ايجابي نشان نداده؛ بلكه به راهبرد كنش سلبي روي آورده است. درواقع، كشور­هاي غربي و به‌ويژه آمريكا و اروپا در برخورد با ايران همواره بر ارزش‌هاي غربي همچون پيشينه‌سازي امنيت اسرائيل، مهار ايران و ناديده‌گرفتن حقوق هسته‌اي ايران تأكيد داشته‌اند. در مقابل، ايران هم به‌كارگيري و تشديد اين تحريم‌ها را عامل بي‌ثباتي سياسي و تشديد كاهش ضريب امنيت ملي خود دانسته است؛ لذا نويسندگان در اين پژوهش تلاش كرده‌اند تا اين موضوع را در وراي نظريه سازه‌انگاري بررسي كنند.

The main objective of this paper is to examine the issue of sanctions on Iran by the West and Iran#039;s negative action to these sanctions. Since 2002 onwards, the problem between Iran and the West that has become a major challenge. The argument of this article is that Westerns are trying to convince Iran with their various sanctions in line with its strategic objectives. But, Iran has not shown positive action against the Sanctions, so Iran has turned into a negative action. In fact, Western countries, especially America and Europe in dealing with Iran has focused on Western values, such as Considering Israel#039;s security, containing Iran and ignoring Iran#039;s nuclear rights. Against, Iran says these acts and increased sanctions are a step in direction of political instability and reduce their national security coefficient. So the authors tried to reviews this topic from the perspective of Constructivism.
