چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضر تلاش داشت تا به اين سؤال پاسخ دهد كه تصميم‌گيران سياسي ورزش جمهوري اسلامي ايران «مي‌خواهند»، «مي‌توانند»، يا «مي‌دانند» چگونه از ورزش به‌عنوان ابزاري ديپلماتيك براي توسعه روابط بين‌الملل خود استفاده نمايد؟ در واقع هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي جايگاه ديپلماسي ورزش در توسعه روابط بين‌الملل جمهوري اسلامي ايران بود. اين پژوهش به لحاظ هدف كاربردي و به لحاظ نحوه گردآوري داده‌ها توصيفي بود كه ابزار پژوهش انجام مصاحبه‌هاي كيفي نيمه‌ساختاريافته با 13 نفر از كارشناسان داخلي و خارجي حوزه علوم ورزشي و روابط بين‌الملل بود. نمونه مورد مطالعاتي داخل كشور با استفاده از نمونه‌گيري گلوله برفي، و براي نمونه خارج از كشور با توجه به سوابق علمي، دو نفر از كارشناسان حوزۀ ديپلماسي ورزش بودند. پس از تحليل محتواي نوشتار و گفتمان، يافته‌هاي پژوهش در 10 محور برندينگ و پرستيژ بين‌المللي، توسعۀ فرهنگي، توسعۀ سياسي، توسعۀ اقتصادي، مبارزه با انزوا و تحريم، برون‌رفت از بعد تاريك، صلح و دوستي، وحدت و همگرايي ملي، تعاملات رسانه‌اي و توسعۀ قدرت هوشمندانه كدگذاري شدند كه جمهوري اسلامي ايران تاكنون به دليل نداشتن استراتژي واحد در زمينه ديپلماسي ورزش و ديد «حيات خلوت» به ورزش، بسياري از فرصت‌ها را براي توسعه روابط بين‌الملل خود از اين طريق از دست داده است.

Despite its importance, effectiveness of the political system of Islamic Republic of Iran, criteria and indicators to evaluate it not provided. Therefore, this is the main question that "How could assess (evaluate) the effectiveness of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on indicators of effectiveness?" Therefore, effectiveness from a new theoretical approach, based on elements and pillars of the political systems the idea, structure, agent and behavior has defined. In the next step, according to these indicators, a model for evaluation the effectiveness of the political system of Islamic Republic of Iran has presented. In addition to the common characteristics of this political system with other kinds of political systems, this model represents specific characteristics of this political system. Furthermore, some exles in each of the levels have mentioned. expediency and provisions governing idea, the general policies of Article 44 of the constitution, tactics Flexibility Heroic, Management of nuclear crisis, Influence Prevention, Management of imposed war, Review of constitutional law, stablish of the Expediency Council, formation of the Supreme Council of resolving disputes between governmental powers, Programs of Social and Economic Development, the General Policies of the system, Program of 20year vision, support for Palestinian, interaction with the world mean while revolutionary positions, stabilization of religious democracy and elections etc. are exles of effectiveness of the Islamic Republic of Iran in levels of the idea, structure, agent and behavior.
