بررسي ميزان آشنايي دانشجويان رشته حقوق دانشگاه هاي پيام نور استان هرمزگان با نظام اداري در ايران

A Study of the Level of Familiarity among the Law Students in Payame Nour University in Hormozgan with the Administrative System of Iran

اين تحقيق كه از نوع پيمايشي است به بررسي ميزان آشنايي دانشجويان با نظام اداري ايران مي پردازد و دانشجويان پيام نور ـ رشته ي حقوق ـ سراسر استان هرمزگان را در بر گرفته است. امروزه حقوق اداري و چگونگي رعايت آن پيوندي ناگسستني با تحقق حقوق اساسي دارد و جامعه ما نيز از اين قاعده مستثني نيست. در اين ميان آشنايي با حقوق اداري و تبيين آن در جامعه بر عهده ي دانشجويان و كارشناسان حقوقي است. پرسش اساسي تحقيق اين است كه چه عواملي بر ميزان آگاهي دانشجويان رشته حقوق از نظام اداري حاكم در ايران تأثيرگذار بوده است؟ براي يافتن پاسخ اين پرسش، بعد از تعريف حقوق اداري، مباني نظري بر اساس تأثير آگاهي از نظام اداري بر رعايت حقوق شهروندان ارائه شده است، سپس تحليل داده ها كه برآمده از نتايج پرسش نامه ها است، مطرح گشته است. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه عواملي چون: تجربه ي كار عملي، تحقيقات علمي و روش تدريس اساتيد در دانشگاه هاي پيام نور استان، نقش مهمي در آشنايي دانشجويان رشته ي حقوق اين دانشگاه ها با نظام اداري در ايران داشته است.

This study is a survey of the level of familiarity among the students with the administrative system in Iran, and it includes all the law student of Payame Nour University around Hormozgan Province. Today the administrative law has an unbroken link with the constitution, and our society is not an exception. So, familiarity with the administrative law and its explanation for the society is the law studentsrsquo duty. The main question of the research is ldquo what are the influencing factors on the level of the familiarity of the law students with the dominant administrative system in Iranrdquo In order to find the answer to this question, after the definition of the administrative system, the theoretical principles based on the impact of having knowledge about the administrative system on the compliance of the citizenrsquo s rights have been presented. Then, there is an analysis of the data based on the results of the questionnaires. The research results show that some factors like practical experience, scientific research, and the teacherrsquo s teaching methods in Hormozganrsquo s Payame Nour universities play a significant role in the law studentsrsquo familiarity with the administrative system in Iran.
