نحوه گذران اوقات فراغت دانشجويان و رابطه آن با متغير جنسيت (مطالعه مورد؛ پرديس دانشگاه خوارزمي)

A Study of Students’ Leisure Activities and Determine Its Relationship with Gender:A Case of Pardis Kharazmi University

پژوهش حاضر نحوه ي گذران اوقات فراغت دانشجويان ساكن پرديس كرج دانشگاه خوارزمي و نيز رابطه ي آن با متغيير جنسيت را در سال تحصيلي 93-92 بررسي كرده است. پژوهش از نظر ماهيت كمي و نيز توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي است. از جامعه آماري دانشجويان ساكن خوابگاه با جمعيت بالغ بر3000 نفر، نمونه آماري به تعداد340 نفر بر اساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان، برآورد و با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي، انتخاب شده است. ابزار اندازه گيري پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 61 سوال بسته پاسخ بوده كه روايي و پايايي آن مورد تأييد قرار گرفته است. داده ها در دو سطح آماري توصيفي و نيز استنباطي به كمك آزمون خي دو و آزمون تي مستقل، انجام شده است. يافته ها نشان داد؛ دانشجويان بيشترين زمان فراغت خود را به هم صحبتي با دوستان و شنيدن موسيقي اختصاص مي دهند همچنين در زمينه فعاليت هاي ورزشي و هنري ميان دانشجويان دختر و پسر تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد به گونه اي كه دانشجويان پسر بيشتر به فعاليت هاي ورزشي مانند فوتبال و بدن سازي مي پردازند در صورتي كه دانشجويان دختر اوقات فراغت خود را صرف شعرخواني و نقاشي مي كنند. بر اساس يافته ها، به منظور غني سازي زمان فراغت دانشجويان، مسئولين و برنامه ريزان دانشگاهي بايد فرصت مناسب تري را ايجاد كنند و اطلاع رساني در اين زمينه را تقويت نمايند. بايد در طراحي برنامه هاي فرهنگي، هنري و ورزشي براي دانشجويان دانشگاه ها به ويژه دانشجويان ساكن خوابگاه، تدابير جامعي انديشيد تا اوقات فراغت مهم ترين گروه سني جامعه يعني جوانان به نحوي شايسته، طي شود.

This study investigated the lesisure times among the students of kharazmi University and determine its relationship with the variable gender in the academic year 9392. The research method was quantitative in natre, and descriptivesurvey in type. All students of the university was the population of research, about 3,000 dormitory students in the 9392 year. The sle consisted of undergraduate students (male and female) living in dormitories that are based on the sle size was determined based on Morgan 340 is set to a random sling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire with 61 questions the validity and reliability have been confirmed. Data analysis based on descriptive statistics, chisquare test and ttest was performed using spss statistical software version 20. Results showed that students with more leisure time to devote to being with friends and listening to music. Also in the field of sport and art, there is a significant difference between male and female students. Male students are more sporting activities such as football and fitness. Female students spend their leisure time reading and painting them. Based on the findings, in order to enrich their leisure time students, university officials and planners need to create more opportunities and information to strengthen this area. It should be decided the design of cultural, artistic and sports for university students, especially students of comprehensive measures to leisure to ponder the age group of the young to be a worthy manner.
