پيش‌بيني كيفيت تدريس اعضاي هيئت علمي بر اساس ذهنيت فلسفي و انگيزش شغلي آنان

Prediction of Professors’ Teaching Quality Based on Their Philosophic Mindedness and Job Motivation

پژوهش حاضر در راستاي پيش بيني كيفيت تدريس اعضاي هيئت علمي بر اساس ذهنيت فلسفي و انگيزش شغلي آنان انجام شده است. جامعه آماري كليه اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه شهيد باهنر كرمان بوده كه از ميان آنان با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي تعداد 287 نفر انتخاب شده اند. ابزارهاي اندازه گيري شامل؛ پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سنجش كيفيت تدريس با 24 گويه و آلفاي كرونباخ 0.881، پرسشنامه ذهنيت فلسفي با 42 گويه و آلفاي كرونباخ 0.850 و پرسشنامه انگيزش شغلي لوداهل و كيچنر با 20 گويه و آلفاي كرونباخ 0.885 بوده است. روش پژوهش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بوده است. نتايج نشان داد؛ ذهنيت فلسفي و انگيزش شغلي اعضاي هيئت علمي به طور مثبت و معنادار به ترتيب با ضريب بتاي 0.405 و ضريب بتاي 0.275، قادر به پيش بيني كيفيت تدريس آنان مي باشد. همچنين ذهنيت فلسفي اعضاي هيئت علمي مي تواند انگيزش شغلي آنان را به طور مثبت و معنادار پيش بيني نمايد. رابطه خطي مثبت و معنادار بين ابعاد ذهنيت فلسفي (جامعيت، تعمق و انعطاف پذيري) با كيفيت تدريس اعضاي هيئت علمي وجود دارد و اين سه بعد از ذهنيت فلسفي قادر به پيش بيني كيفيت تدريس استادان هستند. از ميان ابعاد انگيزش شغلي، بين متغيرهاي خودباوري و رضايت شغلي با كيفيت تدريس رابطه خطي مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد و اثر بقيه ابعاد انگيزش شغلي بر كيفيت تدريس معنادار نيست. بين كيفيت تدريس استادان زن و مرد تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد و ميزان كيفيت تدريس در اساتيد زن بيشتر از اساتيد مرد است. ميان كيفيت تدريس اساتيد بر اساس سن و سابقه تدريس آنان تفاوت معنادار وجود ندارد همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه تفاوت معنادار بين دانشكده هاي مختلف دانشگاه از نظر كيفيت تدريس وجود ندارد.

The main purpose of this present study is to predict the quality of teaching of the faculty members based on their philosophic mindedness and job motivation. The study of Population consisted of all the faculty members of different colleges of Shahid Bahonar University (538 people) among whom 287 faculty members were chosen as sle by Using Random sling with proportional allocation. Instruments used for conducting this research were a researchermade questionnaire for evaluating the quality of teaching with 24 items and Chronbachrsquo s Alpha (0.881), philosophic mindedness questionnaire with 42 items and Chronbachrsquo s Alpha (0.850), Lodahl and Kitchenerrsquo s job motivation questionnaire with 20 items and Chronbachrsquo s Alpha (0.855). The method of this research is descriptive and kind of correlation. The results showed that philosophic mindedness and job motivation of the faculty members can positive and meaningful predict their quality of teaching. Philosophic mindedness with coefficient (0.405) has stronger effect in predicting the quality of teaching than job motivation with coefficient (0.275). Also Philosophic mindedness of the faculty members can positive and meaningful predict their job motivation. The results showed that there is a positive and meaningful relation with dimensions of Philosophic mindedness (comprehensiveness, penetration, and flexibility) with quality of teaching of faculty members, and these dimensions of Philosophic mindedness can predict their quality of teaching. Among the dimensions of job motivation, there is a positive and meaningful relation between variables of self efficacy and job satisfaction with quality of teaching, and the effect of another dimensions of job motivation with quality of teaching isnrsquo t meaningful. The results showed that the difference between the quality of teaching of women and men is meaningful and the amount of quality of teaching among women is stronger than men, and there is no difference between the quality of teaching of them according to their age and teaching experience. Also the results showed that there is no significant difference between various colleges of the university considering teaching quality.
