نقش تعديل كننده اندازه مدرسه در رابطه فرهنگ مدرسه با پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان

Relationship School Culture with Students\ achievement: The Moderator Role of School Size

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي رابطه فرهنگ مدرسه با پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش آموزان با نقش تعديل كنندگي اندازه مدرسه بوده است. روش پژوهش همبستگي بوده است. جامعه پژوهش كليه معلمان دوره ابتدايي شهرستان اسفراين بوده اند (N =605). نمونه پژوهش220 نفر معلم (88 مرد،132 زن) بوده اند كه با روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي تصادفي، انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داده پرسشنامه ي فرهنگ مدرسه بوده استت. داده ها با مدل رگرسيون چندگانه و تكنيك جانسن نايمن، تحليل شده اند. يافته ها نشان داد؛ از بين مؤلفه هاي فرهنگ مدرسه صرفاً مؤلفه روابط همكاران، پيش بيني كننده معنادار پيشرفت تحصيلي است همچنين يافته ها حاكي از آن است كه در مدارس با حجم كوچك، رابطه پبشرفت تحصيلي با مؤلفه روابط همكاران، مثبت و معنادار است ولي در مدارس با اندازه بزرگ اين رابطه مشاهده نمي شود. توجه به فرهنگ مدرسه از مؤلفه هاي افزايش پيشرفت تحصيلي است در مدرسه هاي با اندازه ي كوچك، اين مؤلفه نقش مؤثري در پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش آموزان ابتدايي ايفا مي كند.

Abstract The school culture is a linking agent that teachers, parents and managers need it to coordinate their local traditions and styles. The aim of this research Was to investigate the relationship between school culture and academic achievement of students by the moderating role of school size. The present study was conducted by correlation method. All the teachers in the Primary schools in Esfarayen constituted the population of this study (N = 605). The participants were 220 teachers (88 male, 132 female) who were chosen by the stratified random sling. All of them completed the school culture questionnaire. The data were analyzed by multiple Regression and JohnsonNeyman technique. The results showed that among school culture components, merely the component of the colleaguesrsquo relations was a significant predictor for educational achievement. Furthermore, the findings indicated that there was a significant and positive relationship between school achievement and colleaguesrsquo relations in small schools, but it wasnrsquo t the case for large schools. One of the components of educational achievement increase is paying attention to the school culture. Especially, in small schools this component plays an effective role in educational achievement in the elementary school children.
