بررسي عوامل موثر بر توسعه‌ پژوهش‌هاي دانشجويي (مطالعه‌ مورد؛ دانشگاه هوايي شهيد ستاري)

Investigation of the factors effecting on students researches development(case study: sattare air university students)

پژوهش حاضر در راستاي تبيين عوامل موثر بر توسعه پژوهش هاي دانشجويي در دانشگاه هوايي شهيد ستاري بوده است. روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگي و مبتني بر مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري است. تحقيقات متعددي براي شناسايي عوامل موثر بر توسعه ي تحقيقات دانشجويي انجام شده و در هر يك از پژوهش ها عوامل موثر بر توسعه ي فعاليت هاي پژوهشي به صُور متفاوت معرفي شده اند. در اين مقاله كوشش شده تا با استفاده از تحقيقات انجام گرفته و بررسي وضعيت پژوهش دانشجويي در سازمان مورد مطالعه، مدلي جامع براي عوامل موثر بر توسعه ي فعاليت هاي پژوهشي در دانشگاه هوايي شهيد ستاري ارائه شود. عوامل موثر بر توسعه ي پژوهش هاي دانشجويي احصاء و براي هر يك از عوامل شاخص هايي تعريف شدند سپس با استفاده از تحليل عاملي تاييدي به بررسي ارتباط بين متغيرهاي مكنون و مشاهده گر پرداخته شد. در نهايت ابعاد و شاخص هاي به دست آمده، مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات و قابل قبول بودن مدلِ نظري از نرم افزار ليزرل استفاده شد. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه عوامل راهبردي، فرهنگي و منابع انساني از جمله مهم ترين و اساسي ترين عوامل تاثيرگذار بر توسعه فعاليت هاي پژوهشي دانشجويان دانشگاه مورد مطالعه هستند.

Now day high education is fundamental matter toward obtaining national power. Therefore, science development and enhancement of training and research institutionsrsquo can grader ways to development in science background those obtain by effective and efficiency high education. The main purpose of this paper is to investigation and identification of factors effecting on studentrsquo s researches development in a SATTAREE Air University. Present research is quantities form and descriptive type. Variable relationships are correlation and based on structural modeling equations. Many researches were developed for identification of factors effecting on studentrsquo s researches domain and every one introduce in different forms of factors effecting on studentrsquo s researches. This research was tried to use later researches and also investigation of organization studied for development of comprehensive model. After identifications of factors effecting on studentrsquo s researches, indexes factors defined. Confirmatory factor analysis was used for investigations of relationships between latent and observer variables. LISREL software is use for data analyzing and acceptance of theoretical model. Reliability and justifiability confirmed by LISREL and SPSS V: 19. Research finding shows that strategic, culture and human factors are more important than the other factors on studentrsquo s researches development in the SATTAREE Air University.
