شناسائي تنگناهاي موجود در سرمايه گذاري بخش خصوصي در توليد وسايل و تجهيزات ورزشي

An Investigation of the Current Obstacles in Investment by private Sector in production of sports equipments and related devices

يكي از مهم ترين اجزاي توليد ناخالص داخلي هر كشور سرمايه هاي خصوصي است. هدف كلي پژوهش شناخت تنگناهاي موجود در سرمايه گذاري بخش خصوصي در توليد وسايل و تجهيزات ورزشي و وسايل وابسته است. تحقيق توصيفي _ پيمايشي و از شاخه تحقيقات ميداني است. جامعه آماري  تحقيق شامل مديران و كارشناسان اداره كل ورزش و جوانان و توليد كنندگان پوشاك ورزشي در شهر اصفهان در سال 1392 بودند. تعداد 136 نفر (95 نفر مدير و كارشناس و 41 نفر توليدكننده) به صورت تصادفي طبقه ايي به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب و به پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند . روائي صوري پرسشنامه با بهره گيري از نظرات اساتيد و پايائي آن از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ 89/0 بدست آمد. براي آزمون سوالات تحقيق از آزمون هاي آماري t تك متغيره و فريدمن استفاده شد . نتايج نشان داد عدم وجود قوانين حمايتي لازم در توليد توزيع، عدم وجود تشكيلات تخصصي در وزارت ورزش و جوانان در حمايت از توليدات ورزشي و  مشكلات مالياتي از  مهم ترين موانع سرمايه گذاري بودند. همچنين مشكلات مربوط به اخذ مجوزهاي مورد نياز ، مشكل فروش محصول و ريسك پذيربودن توليدات ورزشي به عنوان موانع سرمايه گذاري تأييد شدند. بقيه سوالات پژوهش كه عبارتند از : مشكلات مربوط به كمبود نيروي كارمتخصص ، مشكلات موجود در تهيه مواد اوليه ، مشكلات تأمين سرمايه ، وجود فرصت هاي موجود براي سرمايه گذاري جايگزين و عدم حمايت جدي دولت،  نفوذ سازمان هاي جهاني ورزش در بازارهاي داخلي نيز در كاهش سرمايه گذاري بخش خصوصي در صنايع توليدي وسايل ورزشي تأثير مي گذارند .

One of integral constituent of gross domestic production of every country,s economy is the private capital. The main purpose of this research is to identify the existing restrictions in the way of private investment in the production of sports equipments and related devices. The methodology of this research is a cross – sectional descriptive field research branch. Statistical population of this study were managers and experts from office Sports and Youth and sports apparel producers in Isfahan city. To do a total so, number of 136 persons( 95 manager and experts, 41 producer) were selected randomly. The Face validity of the questionnaire based on opinions of faculties and also the reliability of this study was Cronbach's alpha by 0/89 respectively. To achieve this goal we made our research quantities based on Friedman & statistional tests. The finding of this study revealed that  there was a lack of Protection laws in the production and distributtion There are no specialized organization of the Ministry of Sports and Youth Sports protection and risktaking are of the main important impediments in investment. Also the issue of required licenses, product sell, Production of risky sports , as obstacles investment were confirmed. Other research questions included: Problems related to the shortage of skilled work force, restrictions in pounding row material, financing problems, having opportunities available to alternative investment, Lack of strong support from governments. International exercise organizations activities in domestic markets and also negative influence of These Private sectors investment in industrial production sports equipment and Well – Known brands in domestic bazar.
