گلوگاه يابي و بهبود كيفيت خدمات آموزش عالي با رويكرد تئوري محدوديت‌ها (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه يزد)

Finding bottlenecks and improve service quality higher education with the approach of the Theory of Constraints (Case Study: Yazd University)

آموزش عالي موتور محركه اقتصاد دانش بنيان در كشور هاست. دانشگاه‌ها، مهد توليد علم و ثروت را دركشور هستند. توليد علم و دانش با نگارش پايان‌نامه‌هاي باكيفيت و كاربردي حاصل مي‌آيد. اما امروزه بنا بر دلايلي پايان‌نامه‌هاي مقطع تحصيلات تكميلي بدون استفاده در كتابخانه‌ها و دفاتر اساتيد، خاك مي‌خورند. محقق مي‌كوشد تا با الگو گرفتن فرآيند تفكر از تئوري محدوديت‌ها، در پي كشف گلوگاه‌هاي موجود بر سر راه اين فرآيند كليشه‌اي در تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه يزد، محدوده‌ي زماني بهار و تابستان 1393 برآيد. به‌منظور گردآوري داده‌ها، مصاحبه با 3 پنل خبرگان دستور كار قرار گرفت و با شناخت جامع‌ومانع موردمطالعه، نتايج را استنتاج كرد. مهم‌ترين ويژگي نامطلوب، انتخاب نامناسب موضوع حاصل آمد و با اتفاق آرا، مشكل اساسي، اسناد بالادستي انتخاب شد. همچنين ورودي نامرغوب از دانشجويان در اين مقطع از يك طرف و پروسه انتخاب موضوع از طرفي ديگر، مهم‌ترين گلوگاه‌ها بر سر راه فرآيند انجام پايان‌نامه‌هاي كارشناسي ارشد دانشگاه يزد قلمداد شد. كليد واژه: بهبود كيفيت، گلوگاه‌يابي پايان‌نامه، فرآيند تفكر، تئوري محدوديت
