تحليل كارايي مديريت موجودي با تاكيد بر ساختار هيئت مديره: كاربردي از داده‌هاي تابلويي در شركت‌هاي توليدي

The Analysis of Efficiency of Inventory Management with Emphasis on Effect of Board Structure: Application of Panel Data Method in Producing Companies

با توجه به اهميت و نقش ساختار هيئت مديره بر مديريت موجودي هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي و تحليل اثر دو معيار از ساختار هيئت مديره به همراه اثر مالكيت نهاديِ بخش عمومي بر كارايي مديريت موجودي است. روش پژوهش متكي به اقتصادسنجي داده­هاي تابلويي طي دوره زماني 1388-1392 براي 54 شركت توليدي در 7 صنعت است. يافته ها حاكي از آن است كه مالكيت نهاديِ بخش عمومي در صنايع شيميايي، خودرو و قطعات، كاني هاي فلزي و غيرفلزي؛ و محصولات فلزي منجر بهبود كارآيي مديريت موجودي شده اما در صنعت مواد دارويي سبب تضعيف آن مي شود. همچنين در مورد اندازه هيئت مديره و نسبت اعضاي غيرموظف به كل اعضا به عنوان دو شاخص از ساختار هيئت مديره اين نتيجه به دست آمد كه از نظر علامت، اثر متفاوتي بر نسبت موجودي به فروش دارند. به نحوي كه با افزايش اندازه هيئت مديره كارايي مديريت موجودي تنزلي معنادار مي يابد در حالي كه نسبت اعضاي غيرموظف هيئت مديره به كل اعضا با بهبود در كارايي همراه است.

According to the importance and role of board structure in inventory management this researchamp;rsquo;s aim is to analysis the effect of two criteria of board structure along with institutional ownership of public sector effect on efficiency of inventory management. The research uses panel data method during 20092013 for 54 producing companies in 7 industries. The results show that institutional ownership of public sector promotes efficiency of inventory management in chemical, automobile, metallic and nonmetallic minerals; and metal products industries but this factor makes efficiency of inventory management weak in pharmaceutical industry. Also board size and nonexecutive members to all members of board ratio have a different effect on inventory to sale ratio. So that increase in board size causes a significant decrease in efficiency of inventory management while nonexecutive members to all members of board ratio has an improvement in efficiency.
