نقش پليس در تامين امنيت و توسعه گردشگري (مطالعه موردي شهرستان لاهيجان)

توسعه گردشگري در هر كشور نشان از ثبات امنيت ملي در آن كشور است و زماني گردشگري در يك كشور رونق مي‌يابد كه توجه دولت براي تامين امنيت گردشگران بيشتر شده باشد. از آنجايي كه پليس تامين كننده امنيت جاني، مالي، رواني و اجتماعي گردشگران است، نقش آن در رضايتمندي و جذب تعداد بيشتر گردشگران بسيار حايز اهميت مي‌باشد. هدف از انجام اين تحقيق، شناخت نقش پليس در توسعه گردشگري و تاثيرات خدمات رساني و حضور فيزيكي پليس بر افزايش تعداد گردشگران در فضاهاي گردشگري شهرستان لاهيجان با استفاده از روش تحقيقي توصيفي- تحليلي بود. مطالعات به دو صورت اسنادي و پيمايشي انجام شد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق، به طور تصادفي 200 نفر از گردشگران شهرستان لاهيجان بودند. بر اساس نتايج اين تحقيق، حدود 86 درصد گردشگران با حضور پليس گردشگري موافق بودند. اين نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه فعاليت‌هاي پليس بر ايجاد نظم و امنيت و رضايتمندي گردشگران تاثير بسزايي داشته است.

Tourism development is an indicator of stability of national security in each country. Tourism industry develops in a country that the government has high attention regarding the security of the tourists. Since one of the duty of police is protecting the security of tourists, financially, socially and psychologically, its role in the satisfaction and the attraction of tourists is very important. The aim of this study was to identify the role of police in the development of tourism industry and the effects of the physical presence of police services to increase the number of tourists in the tourism areas, using cross sectional descriptive study. Descriptive-analytical methodology was used in this survey. The population of the study was 200 randomly assigned tourists of Lahijan city. Based on the survey results, about 86 percent of tourists were agreed with the tourist police. The current result indicated that police activities have an important effect on the order establishment and the security and the satisfaction of tourists.
