The role of Bonab city in regional sustainable economic development: deploying economic demographic models

امروزه شهرهاي بزرگ در كشورهاي در حال توسعه به شدت در حال رشد هستند اين نواحي تمامي امكانات، خدمات و سرمايه هاي كشور را در خود بلعيده، ولي با اين وجود با انواع مشكلات و معضلات شهري از جمله : كمبود مسكن، بالا رفتن ميزان بيكاري، مسأله حاشيه نشيني، مشكل حمل و نقل و نارسايي در عرضه ساير خدمات شهري، همچنين تخريب محيط زيست دست و پنجه نرم مي كنند. از طرف ديگر ساير نقاط در اين كشورها اعم از شهرهاي مياني، شهرهاي كوچك و نقاط روستايي از توسعه عقب مانده اند و دچار ركود و توقف در سير پيشرفت خود شده اند.هدف كلي اين پژوهش مشخص كردن تاثير شهر بناب در فرايند توسعه سكونتگاه هاي پيراموني (ناحيه) و ارزشيابي عملكرد اين شهر درحوزه اقتصادي و جمعيتي است. نوع تحقيق كاربردي، و داده‌هاي مورد نياز از نتايج آخرين سرشماري رسمي نفوس و مسكن كشور 1390 گردآوري شده است. روش انجام پژوهش، توصيفي‌‌‌ تحليلي است كه با استفاده از مدل هاي ضريب مكاني، روش كشش‌پذيري، روش ترسيمي طولي ايزارد، ‌روش ژرژ‌شابو و توني‌گارنيه انجام شده است. يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه بناب در بخش خدمات و كشاورزي خودكفا مي‌باشد و نرخ اشتغال واقعي 44/93 درصد و نقش غالب شهر چندنقشي است. بر اساس مدل ايزارد بخش صنعت و خدمات در سطح ملي وضعيت نسبتاً مطلوبي دارند. بنابراين حصول به جايگاه برتر در سطح ملي و منطقه‌اي مستلزم تدوين و اجراي طرح‌هاي راهبردي و توجه

Today, big cities in the developing countries are growing very fast. These areas swallow all the facilities, services and the capital of the country. However, they tackle with different types of urban problems such as housing shortage, increasing the unemployment rate, the issue of marginalization, transport problem and failure in the supply of other urban services, as well as Environmental degradation. On  the other side, other parts of the country, including central cities, towns and rural areas are lagging the development and are facing stagnation and stop in their progression. The overall goal of this research is to determine the effect of Bonab City, a city located in East Azerbaijan Province of Iran, in the process of the development of the surrounding settlements (area) and evaluation of its performance in the economic and demographic fields. The type of the research is applied research and the required data has been collected from the results of the last official census of Population and Housing in 2011. The research uses descriptiveanalytic method which has been performed by using location coefficient models, Elasticity methods, longitudinal graphical approach of Izard, method of George Charbo and Tony Garnier. The results show that Bonab is selfsufficient in the agriculture and services sections. The actual employment rate is %93.44 and the dominant role of the city is a multirole city. According to the Izard model, the industry and services sections have relatively favorable situation. Therefore, reaching to a superior position in the national and regional level requires the compiling and executing strategic plans and special attention of the country megascale decision making authorities to the unique and hidden capacities of Bonab city.
