امكان‌سنجي به كارگيري فناوري رايانش ‌ابري از ديدگاه كتابداران كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي شهر تهران

Investigation of the Possibility of Conducting Cloud Computing in Medical Sciences Universities’ Libraries in Tehran from the Librarianʹs Perspective

زمینه و هدف: با به كارگیری رایانش‎ابری در كتابخانه‎ها و ایجاد كتابخانه‎های ابری، امكان ارائه خدمات كتابخانه‎ای با كیفیت بسیار بالایی فراهم می‎شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین دیدگاه كتابداران كتابخانه‌های دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشكی شهر تهران در خصوص به كارگیری فناوری رایانش‌ابری است. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر به صورت پیمایشی توصیفی انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه بود كه رواییِ آن با نظرخواهی از صاحب‌نظران علوم كتابداری به تأیید رسید و پایایی آن نیز با روش آلفای كرونباخ برابر 77% به دست آمد، پرسشنامه مزبور به صورت الكترونیكی برای كتابداران 42 كتابخانه‌ی دانشگاهی علوم پزشكی شهر تهران ارسال و از 40 كتابخانه پاسخ دریافت شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با SPSS و با آزمون‌های t، دوجمله‌ای و خی‎دو بررسی شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین مهارت كتابداران در زمینه دیدگاه مدیریت 22/5، نیروی‌انسانی متخصص 19/6، رعایت ملاحظات امنیتی پس از به كارگیری رایانش‌ابری 13/15، و بررسی زیرساخت‌ها 18/13 بود كه تمامی كتابخانه‌ها وضعیت مطلوبی داشتند. بودجه و ارائه ی خدمات الكترونیكی در آزمون دو جمله‌ای در حد كم، مقایسه ی امكانات لازم برای به كارگیری رایانش‌ابری در مقابل سایر امكانات كتابخانه‌ها با آزمون خی‌دو برابر %80/7 در مقابل %19/3 بود كه وضعیت خوب كتابخانه‌ها را نشان ‌داد.  نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به كمبود بودجه و ضعف در ارائه ی خدمات الكترونیكی، رایانش‌ابری با بهره‎گیری از مزایای مختلف فناورانه، می‌تواند خدمات و امكانات بهتری را برای كتابخانه‎های دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشكی شهر تهران فراهم نماید.

Background and Aim: By conducting cloud computing and using cloud library, better libraryʹs services were prepared for universities’ libraries. The present research aims to determine the possibility of conducting cloud computing in Medical Sciences Universities’ libraries in Tehran from the librarianʹs perspective. Materials and Methods: This was a descriptive, cross sectional study. A questionnaire survey was used for the collection of data. Face and content validity of the questionnaire has been examined by librarian experts, and also Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient (0.77) was used for confirmation of reliability. Questionnaires were mailed to 42 selected library professionals, and a total of 40 libraries filled out the questionnaires. The results were analyzed by SPSS software and calculating independent t-test, binomial and chi-square test. Results: In the present study, the result showed that the mean of librarians skills for management viewpoint (22.5), the specialist personnel (19.6), the librarian attitudes toward security issues associated with cloud computing (13.15), and situation infrastructures (18.13) were significantly meaningful in all of the cases. Also budgeting and availability of electronic services were found to be the least significant. With comparing the requirements of conducting cloud computing and library features by Chi-square test, 80.7 vs. 19/3 respectively showed that libraries have good position. Conclusion: It was found that the cloud computing by using different technological advantages is a solution for providing better and quicker services with lower prices where budgets are limited and facilities are inadequate in Tehranʹs medical sciences universities’ libraries.
