عوامل موثر بر سرمايه گذاري مالي مستقيم خارجي در صنعت حمل و نقل هوايي ايران

The factors effective on the direct foreign financial investmentin air transport industry of Iran

حمل و نقل از امور زيربنايي و يكي از اجزاي مهم چرخه ي توليد- مصرف محسوب مي گردد. كه در فرآيند رشد اقتصادي نقش مهم و تاثيرگذار دارد. حمل و نقل هوايي به عنوان شاخه اي از صنعت حمل و نقل، بخش بزرگي از اين بازار اقتصادي را در بر دارد، كه خود شامل قسمت هايي مانند ساخت، بهسازي و توسعه فرودگاه ها، تجهيزات پروازي، تكنولوژي هواپيماها و سيستم هاي كنترلي است. سرمايه‌گذاري خارجي معمــولاً در دو قالب‌‌، سرمايه گذاري سهامدارانه خارجي و سرمايه گذاري مستقيم خارجي صورت مي گيرد. سرمايه گذاري مستقيم خارجي، نوعي سرمايه‌گذاري است كه به منظور كسب منفعت دايمي و هميشگي در موسسه اي مستقر در كشوري غير از كشور سرمايه گذار صورت مي گيرد و نتيجه آن كسب حق راي موثر در مديريت شركت است(15). سرمايه گذاري مستقيم در اين صنعت موجب افزايش بهره وري، اعتماد به اين سيستم حمل و نقل، جذب توريست و شكوفايي اقتصاد كشور خواهد شد. اين مقاله به بررسي عوامل موثر بر سرمايه گذاري مالي مستقيم خارجي در صنعت حمل و نقل هوايي در ايران مي پردازد. براي جمع آوري داده ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. براي اين منظور 130 پرسشنامه بين نمونه مورد بررسي توزيع و از آن ميان 110 پرسشنامه برگشت شده،كه از اين تعداد 95 پرسشنامه مورد پذيرش قرار گرفت. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از آزمون T-student استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه عوامل موثر بر اين موضوع را مي توان به 4 دسته كلي سياست گذاري هاي اقتصادي، ساختار اقتصادي، ساختار حقوقي تشويقي و حمايتي و در آخر جغرافيا و سياست تقسيم بندي نمود كه اثر هركدام ازاين موارد بر سرمايه گذاري مالي خارجي مثبت ارزيابي شد.

Transportation is considered from the infrastructural affairs and one of the significant components of the consumption-production cycle that enjoys an effective and important contribution in the process of economic growth. The air transportation as a branch of transport industry covers a big part of this economical market, that itself includes the components such as building, upgrading and the expansions of airports, flight equipment, airplanes technology as well as the control systems. Today, several of the countries in the world, due to the non-sufficiency of their domestic resources for investment, have seriously inclined towards foreign investment. Theforeign investment usually takes place into two forms of foreign joint investment and the direct foreign investment. The direct foreign investment is a type of investment that takes place in an organization working in a country other than the investor country and its result is to acquire the effective right of voting in the company management [12]. The direct investment in the air transport will cause the increase of productivity, trust in this transport system, tourist absorption and the flourishing of countryʹs economy. This paper deals with the survey/study of the factors effective on the direct foreign financial investment in the air transportation industry of Iran. The questionnaire tool has been used for data collection. For this purpose, 130 of the questionnaires were distributed among the under study sample that out of which 110 questionnaires were sent back and 95 questionnaires were accepted out of this number. The T-student test was used to analyze the data. The research results indicate that the factors effective on this subject can be classified into four general groups of economic investments, economic structure, supportive and encouraging legal structure and finally the geography as well as politics. The effect of each of the items/points was assessed as positive on foreign financial investment.
