بررسي مهارت‌هاي مديران عامل باشگاه‌هاي حرفه‌اي استان اصفهان

The Study of the Chief Executive Officers’ Skills of Professional Clubs in Isfahan Province

هدف: هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي و تعيين اولويت مهارت­هاي مديران عامل باشگاه­هاي اصفهان از ديدگاه مديران و مسيولان سطوح مختلف باشگاه ها بود. روش‌شناسي: اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي است كه به شكل ميداني انجام گرفت. نمونه آماري تحقيق را كليه مديران سطوح و واحدهاي مختلفباشگاه­هاي سپاهان، ذوب­آهن، فولاد ماهان و گيتي­پسند استان اصفهان (83 نفر) تشكيل داده­اند. روايي پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، مورد تاييد 15 نفر از متخصصان و اساتيد قرار گرفت و پايايي آن با استفاده از ضريب آلفا كرونباخ 97/0?= به دست آمد. همچنين براي تاييد روايي پرسشنامه از تحليل عاملي تاييدي و نرم‌افزار Amos استفاده گرديد. از آزمون فريدمن براي مقايسه وضعيت مطلوب و وضعيت موجود؛ و از آزمون ويلكاسون براي تعيين اولويت مهارت­ها و گويه­ها در سطح معني‌داري 05/0p? استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد كه بين ميانگين رتبه مهارت­ها­ در وضعيت مطلوب، تفاوت معني­داري وجود ندارد (075/0Sig=)، ولي تفاوت معني­داري بين مهارت­ها در وضعيت موجود مشاهده شد و اولويت ­مهارت­ها نيز به ترتيب شامل مهارت فني، سياسي، انساني و ادراكي بود. نتيجه‌گيري: مقايسه وضعيت موجود با وضعيت مطلوب مهارت‌ها نشان داد كه مديران عامل از مهارت­هاي ادراكي، سياسي و فني لازم برخوردار نيستند؛ بنابراين، مديران بايد در جهت توسعه و بهبود اين مهارت­ها تلاش كنند.

Objective: The aim of this research was to study CEO’s skills and to determine the priority of them in the current and the desired situation. Methodology: This research is a descriptive-analytical study and was performed in the field. Statistical population and sample were all the managers in different levels and branches of Sepahan, Zob Ahan, Foladmahan and Gitypasand clubs in Isfahan province (83 people). The validity of the researcher-made questionnaire was confirmed by experts and professors and the reliability coefficient was confirmed by using Cronbachʹs alpha (? = 0.972). Also, Amos software was used for confirmatory factor analysis and it confirmed the validity of the questionnaire. In this study, the Friedman test was used to determine the priority of skills in the current and desired situation. Also current situation was compared with the desired situation by Wilcoxon test (P?0/05). Results: The results showed that there was no significant difference between the mean rank of skills in desired situation (sig= 0.075). However, there was significant difference between the mean rank of skills in current situation. The priority of skills was respectively technical, political, human, and conceptual. Conclusion: The results of comparing current and desired statues showed that top managers did not have the required skills such as technical, political and conceptual skills. Therefore, club managers should strive to improve their skills.
