اقتصاد مقاومتي، گفتمان راهبرد توليد ثروت در بستر نظام ديني از منظر رهبري

The Resistance Economy; the Strategic Discourse of Building Wealth in the Religious System

رشد پر شتاب اقتصادي، افزايش بهره وري، اشتغال زايي پايدار، سياست گذاري جهت تربيت نيروي انساني ماهر، اصلاح ساختار اقتصادي كشور، فرهنگ سازي در حوزه توليد ملي و مصرف داخلي، تحقق چشم انداز بيست ساله با رويكرد ديني، تحقق و اعتلاي عزت اسلامي، دست يابي به عدالت اجتماعي، اثبات كارامدي نظام اقتصادي كشور، و... اين ها در واقع همان راهبردهاي كلي و دكترين هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي هستند كه به اعتقاد رهبري در بستر نظام اسلامي كه نظامي ديني است بايد تحقق يابد. پرسش اصلي پژوهش حاضر اين است كه «آيا اقتصاد مقاومتي به عنوان يك راهبرد عملي توليد ثروت مي تواند در بستر ديني به توليد ثروت بپردازد؟». به عبارت ديگر اين مقاله در پي تبيين اين مساله است كه «آيا آموزه هاي ديني با توليد ثروت و رونق اقتصادي در نظام اجتماعي هم خواني دارد يا خير؟». مدعاي پژوهش حاضر با تكيه بر يافته هاي آن اين است كه نه تنها آموزه هاي ديني با توليد ثروت و رشد و توسعه اقتصادي هم خواني دارد، بلكه تنها در بستر ديني است كه رشد و توسعه پايدار، كه لازمه آن توليد ثروت است، تحقق مي يابد. از اين رو، اقتصاد مقاومتي در گفتمان رهبري به عنوان الگويي از اقتصاد اسلامي تنها در اين بستر است كه بايد به توليد ثروت بپردازد، چون در اين بستر است كه مي تواند اهداف نظام اسلامي را برآورده سازد. در راستاي اثبات چنين ادعايي مقاله، به روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي، كاوشي در آموزه هاي قرآن كريم خواهد داشت.

T he fast economic growth, the enhancement of the productivity, creating stable jobs, policy (strategy) for training skilled working population, the economic structure improvement, creating culture in national products and domestic consumption, achieving Iranʹs 20- year vision plans (20 -year perspective document for Iran) within the religious approach, achieving social justice, proving the effectiveness of the economic system of the country and etc. in reality, these are the general strategies and the doctrines of the resistance economy which they should take place in the ground (area) of the Islamic system that it is a religious system according the leadershipʹs belief. The main question of this research is if the resistance economy as a practical strategy to create wealth can make wealth in the religious area. In other words, this paper is going to determine if the religious teachings are harmony with the creation of wealth and Economic booms in the social system or there is no harmony between the religious teachings and the creation of wealth and Economic booms. With relying on findings, the present research claims that not only there is harmony between the religious teachings and the creation of wealth and the growth and economic development but also the growth and sustainable development happens in the religious ground that it is a prerequisite for producing wealth. Therefore, the resistance economy in the discourse of the leadership as a paradigm of Islamic economy only in this ground should create wealth which it can fulfil the goals of Islamic government. For proving this claim, the paper with analytic-descriptive method will have a research in the holy Quran teachings.
