New intelligence technologies and its impact on human security

Existence of mental peace as key indicators of human security is from the fundamental goals of the creation and perpetuation of society . This mental relaxation with the development of new technologies-especially in the are as of communication-in terms of paling geographical border sand entering a new culture with the facility is drawn to the challenge ;such a way that the weakening of human and emotional relationships and the emergence of anomalies moral, social and cultural and …has brought to humanity. Also from the other space for abusing the offenders for disturbing human security through human ipulated intelligence to disrupt , damage information and un safe living and working space of the human being has created. Here the basic question is that what are the effects of information and communication new technologies on human security and other min or questions raised like: What are the characteristics o these technologies? What are the role and targets of the hackers to communication networks? That in this research will be explained.
