With intensifying competition in the development field and improve living standards, the importance of access to knowledge and modern technology, feels greater than ever before .Moreover ,due to speed of changes caused from growth and development scientific, most of the equipment, methods and currently techniques being out dated and out of the cycle activity. Since the security is considered context and the main prerequisite for any development, being a pioneer in creature security institutions new in using technologies ,will facilitate and accelerate achieving the desired objectives Intelligence Protection agencies of armed forces in order to effectively use information and communications technologies in the field missions and duties, are forced to recognition and awareness to ward conditions activity in the future .This paper seeks to answer this question, what is the role of future research in the utilization of information and communication technology in level of Intelligence Protection agencies of armed forces and what there is a pattern for playing this role? So to answer to the question based on the assumption that future studies as a scientific approach in dealing with the future issues raised and is the first step in this field.
