تبيين پيامدهاي ژيوپليتيكي سرمايه‌گذاري چين، در گوادر بر بندر چابهار

Explanation of Chinaʹʹs Investment Geopolitical Consequences, in Gwadar Port in Chabahar

ظهور قدرت‌هاي اقتصادي نوين در حاشيه اقيانوس هند اين منطقه را تبديل به عرصه‌اي از رقابت‌ها و كنش‌هاي ژيوپليتيك بازيگران منطقه‌اي و فرا منطقه‌اي در سده 21 نموده است. در اين راستا چين به عنوان قدرت نو ظهور جهاني در رقابت با قدرت‌هاي رقيب خود تلاش مي كند با سرمايه گذاري در نقاط استراتژيك اقيانوس هند نظير گوادر پاكستان از تنگناهاي ارتباطي و ژيوپليتيكي رهايي يافته و بتواند به برتري خود در عرصه اقتصاد جهاني ادامه دهد. اين امر موجب مي‌شود كه وزن ژيوپلتيكي و اقتصادي پاكستان ارتقا يافته و از طرفي پيامدهايي را بر منطقه از جمله بر بندر چابهار ايران به همراه داشته باشد. از اين رو مساله پژوهش حاضر اين امر مي‌باشد كه موضوع همكاري‌هاي اقتصادي چين و پاكستان در پروژه گوادر چه پيامدهاي اقتصادي و ژيوپليتيكي براي ايران بويژه بندر چابهار به همراه خواهد داشت. با عنايت به اين موضوع اين پژوهش با روش توصيفي- تحليلي به بررسي جغرافيايي منطقه و ويژگي‌هاي ژيوپليتيكي موثر در شكل‌گيري اين قرارداد و اثرگذاري آن بر بندر چابهار و تجزيه و تحليل آن مي‌پردازد. روش جمع‌آوري داده‌ها مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و اسنادي مي‌باشد. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد به مرور زمان پيامدهاي راه‌اندازي بندر گوادر بر منافع ملّي ايران، تاثير خواهد گذاشت و موجب انزواي ژيوپليتيك ايران در منطقه شده و فرصت‌هاي اقتصادي و امنيتي ايران در بندر چابهار را تبديل به تهديد خواهد نمود.

The issue of economical competition between the powers is one of the main problems of China and for this purpose, this country for opposition against the threats and enjoying the chances tries to release from the existing communication and geopolitical obstacles by investment at the strategic points of the area including Gwadar in Pakistan and be able to maintain his priority in the global economy through coping with the internal problems.chinaʹs investment in Gwadar of Pakistan has caused the promotion of geopolitical and economical weight of Pakistan and also has some impacts on the area including Chabahar Port in Iran. With respect to this subject, in this research it is tried to, while studying the geographical situation of the area and the effective geopolitical features in forming this contract, its effect on Chabahar port to be studied and analyzed. The research findings shows that the commissioning consequences of Gwadar port will impact on the national interest of Iran inside and outside of the country. The effects of such investment will cause some changes in the area that seems, if the strategy for using competition between the powers is not been considered and no action is made for development of Chabahar port, the national power of the country will be weakened.
