مطالعه علل توقف فعاليت هاي حزب جمهوري اسلامي از منظر جامعه شناسي احزاب سياسي

Studying the Causes of the Islamic Republic party 's Suspension from the perspective of the sociology of political party activities

احزاب سياسي از طريق اجراي كاركردهايي مثل انتقال خواسته هاي مردم به حاكميت ، تربيت نيروهاي سياسي براي اداره كشور و نهادمند كردن رقابت سياسي قانوني در تحقق توسعه سياسي به ايفاي نقش مي پردازند. از سوي ديگر دلايل متعدد سياسي ،اقتصادي،فرهنگي، و عملكرد نخبگان سياسي و حزبي در ناكامي احزاب سياسي در ايفاي نقش خود اثرگذار هستند. مقاله حاضر به دنبال بررسي اين سوال اصلي است كه علل شكل گيري حزب جمهوري اسلامي و نقش آن در مساله تحزب در ايران چيست و بر اساس روش تحليل داده هاي تاريخي فرضيه اصلي زير را به آزمون گذاشته است كه حزب جمهوري اسلامي براي حفاظت از انقلاب اسلامي و جلوگيري از انزواي نيروهاي مذهبي در جامعه انقلابي به وجود آمد و در تثبيت نظام سياسي جديد و تاسيس نهاد هاي انقلابي ، تدوين قانون اساسي، رقابت با احزاب سياسي غير ولايي وتربيت نيروهاي سياسي لازم براي اداره كشور نقش بسيار مهمي ايفا كرد، اما فراگير و جبهه اي بودن آن ، نحوه عضوگيري، عدم دقت و سخت‌گيري در پايبندي اعضا به اهداف مرامنامه حزب، شهادت اولين و مؤثرترين دبيركل حزب آيت‌الله بهشتي ، ناهمگوني تفكر و آمال نخبگان حزبي مخصوصاً شوراي مركزي آن ، و در نهايت دوگانگي در شيوه تعامل حزب با قوه مجريه در كنار ساير علل، حزب مذكور را با ناكامي در استمرار فعاليت خود مواجه ساخت و تجربه تلخ ديگري در حيات احزاب سياسي ايران را رقم زد.

Political parties through the implementation of functions such as transfer of the sovereignty of the people, training to run the country's political forces and institutionalizing the political competition, fulfill their role in political development.various political, economic, and cultural reasons and some political elites operations are the reasons in failure of the political parties in their effective roles. Meanwhile the reasons for the failure of political parties in Iran, in this paper, the establishment of the Islamic Republic Party and the closure of its activities have been studied. Islamic Republican Party during the almost ten years of activity, was able to achieve many of its objectives, especially early in the Islamic Revolution in establishing the new political system and the establishment of revolutionary institutions, the constitution, political forces and training for the country has played a very important role, but on the other hand surround and front of it, how to recruit, lack of precision and rigor in compliance to the goals of the party manifesto, party SecretaryGeneral of the testimony of the first and most effective Ayatollah Beheshti, the diversity of thought and aspirations of the elite In particular, the Central Council of the party, and finally the dichotomy in the way of interaction with other causes of the party executive, the party's failure to meet the continued activity of bitter experience in the life of political parties at once.
