تحليل بحران سوريه از منظر شكاف‌هاي اجتماعي

Analysis of Syria Crisis from Social Cleavages Perspective

از دهه 1990 به اين سو، تعارضات و شكاف‌هاي سياسي و اجتماعي عمدتا شكل هويت بنياد قومي، مذهبي و منطقه‌اي محلي يافته و از حالت صرفا طبقاتي خارج شده اند. به تاثير از پديده هاي همچون جهاني شدن و انقلاب ارتباطات، هويتها و كنشگران غير طبقاتي، آگاه تر و سياسي ش در اين تحقيق، نگارندگان با روش تحقيق تبييني علي و با رويكرد جامعه شناختي سياسيتاريخي در صدد ارائه پاسخ تحليلي به اين پرسش هستند: از منظر شكاف‌هاي اجتماعي و بحران هاي مرتبط با آن، بحران و جنگ داخلي سوريه ريشه در چه عواملي دارد؟ فرضيه تحقيق آن است كه: از منظر ياد شده، بحران و جنگ داخلي سوريه ريشه در عواملي همچون: بحران هويت، نارضايتي ها و سياسي شدن هويت هاي مذهبي (عمدتا سني‌هاي در اكثريت) و تا حدي هويت هاي قومي (كردها)، بحران دولت سازي و مشروعيت و در نهايت، ظهور جريان تكفيري سلفي داعش دارد. يافته كلي در اين تحقيق آن است كه بحران هويت و مشروعيت ريشه دار و عدم دولت سازي فراگير با حضور همه گروه بندي هاي قومي و مذهبي در قيام هويت هاي قومي و مذهبي به ويژه جمعيت سني مذهب در سوريه در سال 2011 موثر بودند اما با دخالت منفي كنشگران منطقه اي و فرامنطقه اي، ناشكيبايي حكومت بشار اسد و چيرگي رهبران و جريانات قدرت طلب و تكفيري، اين حركت به سرعت از جنبش اجتماعي با ماهيت اصلاح طلبانه منحرف شده و به سمت آشوب و جنگ داخلي سوق يافت.

From 1990s onward, sociopolitical struggles and cleavages mainly have been turned in to regional, ethnic and religious based and excluded from merely classic nature. By attention to impacts of globalization and information & communication revolution, identities and nonclassic agents have been become more aware and politicized by aim of emancipation and involving in politics. In this research, the authors try to give analytical answers to this question: from social cleavages perspective and related crisis, what are the roots of Syria crisis and civil war? Hypothesis is: from this theoretical perspective, the Syria crisis’s roots or factors consist of, identity crisis, dissatisfactions and politicization of religious identities (mainly Sonnies in majority) and partly ethnic identities (Kurds), statebuilding and legitimacy crisis and genesis of ISIS group. The main findings of this research are that: the Syrians religiousethnic movement with emphasis on Sonnies in 2011 has been rooted in rooted identity and legitimacy crisis and nonoverarching statebuilding, but this movement was deviated quickly from reformist nature into riot and civil war, because of negative involvement of regional and supraregional powers, impatience of Bashar Assad’s government and the dominancy of powerbased and TkfiriJihaddi leaders and mainstreams on the movement.
