تحليل و نقد نظري و روش‌شناختي اسناد تحول بنيادين آموزش‌وپرورش جمهوري اسلامي ايران

A Methodological and Theoretical Analysis and Critique of the Educational Fundamental Transformative Documents of Islamic Republic of Iran

هدف اصلي پژوهش، تحليل و شناسايي رويكردهاي روش‌شناختي، مفهوم شناختي و ساختاري حاكم بر اسناد تحول بنيادين سيستم آموزش‌وپرورش ايران مي‌باشد. به منظور دستيابي به اين هدف، از روش تحليل مضمون با رويكرد كيفي بهره گرفته شد. به منظور گردآوري داده‌ها و شناسايي مضامين، مباني نظري سند تحول، سند بنيادين و برنامه درسي ملي موردبررسي قرار گرفتند و مفاهيم و مضامين آن شناسايي و كدگذاري شدند. بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده، اسناد سه‌گانه تحول بنيادين شامل سه مفهوم سازمان دهنده: مفهوم شناختي، روش‌شناختي و ساختاري برنامه درسي ملي با سي‌وسه مضمون پايه مي‌باشند. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه اسناد تحول بنيادين (يعني مباني نظري سند تحول، سند تحول و برنامه درسي ملي)، از نظر انسجام مفهوم شناختي، روش‌شناختي و ساختاري فاقد ارتباط و سنخيت مضاميني هستند.

The aim of this study is to analysis and identify the methodological, conceptual and structural approaches to the fundamental transformative documents of Iranian general education system. To achieve this goal, a thematic method with a qualitative analysis approach was used, in order to gather the data and identify themes, theoretical foundations of transformation document, fundamental document and national curriculum were analyzed and its conceots and themes were identified and coded. Based on the results, the triple documents of fundamental transformative contains three concepts of organizer: conceptual, methodological and structural national curriculum whith thirtythree basic themes. The results showed that the fundamental transformative documents, (means theoretical foundations of transformation document, transformation document and national curriculum), according to methodological and structural, are lacking of coherenc.
