نهادهاي نظامي و انتظامي با توجه به شرح وظايف و گستردگي ماموريت‌ها در سراسر كشور همواره در معرض انواع آسيب‌پذيري‌هاي امنيتي و غيرامنيتي قرار داشته و دارند. لذا سياست‌گذاران سازمان‌ها، راهكارهاي مختلفي را جهت تنوير اذهان كاركنان نسبت به آسيب‌ها، تهديدها و با هدف افزايش همكاري خبري آنها اجرا مي‌نمايند. در خصوص بررسي راهكاري افزايش همكاري خبري، تحقيقات خاصي انجام نشده، لذا اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي راهكارهاي افزايش همكاري خبري صورت گرفته است. دراين پژوهش تعداد پنچ سوال در مورد راهكارهايي افزايش همكاري خبري (عوامل انگيزش- مادي و معنوي- هدفگذاري مطلوب، برنامه‌ريزي مناسب، آموزش) مطرح گرديده است. نوع تحقيق كاربردي و روش پژوهش توصيفي- پيمايشي است.گردآوري اطلاعات از روش اسنادي و توزيع پرسشنامه، با سوال‌هاي بسته پنج گزينه‌اي طيف ليكرت محقق شده است. جامعه آماري 43 نفر بوده و پس از بررسي مباني نظري موضوع و تكميل پرسشنامه و تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از طريق آزمو‌ن‌هاي معتبرآماري (ضريب كرونباخ و خي دو) مشخص گرديد نقش راهكارهاي افزايش همكاري خبري كاركنان از بين 5 گزينه خيلي زياد، زياد، متوسط، كم و خيلي كم در حد زياد بوده و با توجه به نتايج حاصل از آزمون رتبه‌اي فريدمن بالا ترين رتبه را سوال چهارم(راهكارهاي افزايش همكاري خبري از طريق آموزش كدامند؟)كسب نموده است. با نگرش به بررسي‌هاي انجام شده لازم است بمنظور ارتقا همكاري خبري ، به هدفمندتر كردن پيشنهادات محقق در فصل پنجم اقدام لازم بعمل آيد

Military and disciplinary organizations has been exposed types of security and insecurity vulnerabilities since now according to the explanation of the duties and mission development in the whole of the country. So policy makers of organizations, perform different techniques for the sake of enlightening the mind of staffs about, the damages, treats and with the goal of increasing their news cooperation. About the technical studying of increasing the news cooperation it hasn’t been done especial researches, so this research has been done with the goal of studying of the techniques of increasing the news cooperation. In this research has raised five questions about the techniques of increasing the news cooperation (motivation factors-material and spiritual -ideal aiming, suitable programming, training). The type of research is applied and the way of study is descriptive- measurement. Collecting the information has been done by the documental way and distribution of forms, With the questions of five choice of Licret spectrum package. The static society has made from 43 percent and after study of theoretical base of subject an d complete of from and analysis data determined by the valid static exams (the Koronbakh and Khi do index). The role of the techniques of increasing the personnel news cooperation from amongst of the five choices: very much, much, normal, little and so little was in the high level and according to the results of the Fredman degree exam, the fourth question (which one is the techniques of increasing the news cooperation though training?) has gained the highest rank. By looking on the studying which has been done it is necessary performing the essential measure for the promotion of the news cooperation, to make more targeted of the certain offers in fifth chapter.[3]
