مطالعه تطبيقي مباني مفهوم جنگ نرم در مكتب اسلام و غرب( با تاكيد بر نكته نظرات مقام معظم رهبري)

Comparative studying of the principle of the "soft war concept" in Islam and west ideology (by emphasis on the view point of supreme leader)

يكي از موضوعات اصلي در شناخت جنگ نرم، بررسي «چيستي، چرايي و چگونگي جنگ نرم»، رويكردها و نوع نگاه به اين مفهوم و درك و تحليل آن است كه مي‌توان با بررسي پيشينه موضوع، تعاريف و نظريات متفاوت و متعدد اين مفهوم را از منظر صاحبنظران داخلي و خارجي ملاحظه نمود، اما با مطالعه اقدامات انجام شده، ملاحظه مي‌شود كه به دليل عدم توجه به مباني نظري حاكم بر تعاريف مطروحه توسط صاحبنظران، اتفاق نظر در خصوص مفهوم جنگ نرم وجود ندارد. از آنجا كه به نظر مي‌رسد بخش زيادي از عدم اتفاق نظرها در خصوص اين مفهوم را بايد در مباني نظري حاكم بر نظريه پردازان اين حوزه جستجو كرد، شناخت مباني مكاتب و نظام فكري حاكم بر بازيگران از اهميت و اولويت خاصي برخوردار گرديده و در اين تحقيق، شناخت مباني نظري مكاتب مزبور و نظام فكري بازيگران و نظريه پردازان اين مفهوم در مكتب اسلام و همچنين نظام ليبرالي غرب، مورد توجه و مطالعه قرار گرفته است. لذا ملاحظه مي‌شود مكتبي كه مبدا انسان را الهي ترسيم مي‌كند، با مكتبي كه مبدا انسان را مادي تلقي مي‌كند؛ دو نوع انديشه و عمل خواهند داشت. همچنين مكتبي كه غايت انسان را الهي مي‌داند، يا مكتبي كه غايت انسان را غيرالهي مي‌پندارد، در نوع انديشه و عمل تفاوت خواهند داشت و عملكرد، نتايج اقدامات، تجويز نسخه‌هاي دارويي و درمان نيز متمايز خواهد بود. بنابراين، مطالعه و شناخت مباني اين مكاتب و مقايسه و تطبيق آنها بسيار مهم و اساسي است. در اين راستا، با روش توصيفي-تحليلي و با استفاده از روش اسناد و مدارك علمي (كتابخانه‌اي)، نسبت به بررسي و مطالعه چيستي، چرايي، چگونگي و راهكارهاي مقابله با جنگ نرم پرداخته و نتيجه‌گيري شده است كه: 1- با توجه به برخورداري انقلاب اسلامي ‌از مباني ديني و اعتقادي قوي خود، نبايد براي بررسي و ارزيابي و مقابله با جنگ نرم از نظريات غيرديني بهره جست و ضمن رد نظرياتي كه جنگ نرم دشمن را توهم توطيه و يا فرايند طبيعي مي‌دانند، نقطه نطرات مقام معظم رهبري نيز ارايه گرديده است. 2- روش‌ها و ابزارهاي مقابله با جنگ نرم از منظر مقام معظم رهبري احصا شده است. 3- راهبردهاي مقابله با جنگ نرم دشمن از منظر مقام معظم رهبري جمعبندي و ارايه گرديده است.

One of the basically subjects in recognition of the soft war, is its studying about what, why, and how the soft war, approaches and type of the view to this concept and perception and analyzing it we can observed this concept from view point of the internal and external knowledgeable by studying the background of this subject, definitions, and various and different opinions, but by studying the measure which has been done, it can be looked that because of the lack of paying attention to the existing theoretical bases rule on the mentioned definitions by the knowledgeable of this subject, there isn’t a favor opinion about the meaning of the soft war. So it seems vast section of this disfavor opinion about this concept must be search in the existing theoretical bases on the knowledgeable in this area, recognition of bases of the ideologies and mental system rule on the players has been especial priority and importance and in this research, recognition of the theatrical base of the mentioned ideologies and player’s mental system and knowledgeable of this concept in Islam ideological and west liberal system, has been noted too. So it’s looking, the ideology which draws the basic of the human supernal, against the ideology which consider the basic of the human physically will have two kinds of idea. Also the ideology which knows final of the human supernal, or that one knows no supernal, are different from each other in the type of the idea and function and the actions and the result of the measure and offering the prescriptions and treatment of it are different. So study and recognition of bases of these ideologies, and their comparison and adjustment is very important and essential. So in this direction by the way of descriptive-analyzing and by the use of the science documents and data (librarian) done some actions about studying studying what, why and how and the strategies of confronting with the soft war and has been conclusion, that: 1-considering to the Islamic revolution has the hard belief and religion base, not to benefit from the unreligious opinions for studying and analyzing and fighting with soft war and while rejecting the opinions which knows enemy’s soft war as illusion of the plot or natural process, supreme leader’s point of view offered. 2- Techniques and tools fighting with soft war statistic toward the view point of supreme leader. 3-Techniques of fighting with the enemy’s soft war from the supreme leader’s point of view collected and offered.
