بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر موفقيت شركت‌هاي تعاوني دهياران در شهرستان‌هاي بويين مياندشت، فِريدَن و فريدون‌شهر

Investigating the Effective Factors on the Success of Dehyaries’ Cooperative Companies in Counties of Buin Miandasht, Fereydan and Fereydonshahr

تعاونی‌ها با داشتن عملكرد مناسب در كشورهای توسعه‌یافته سهم مهمی در توسعه مناطق روستایی داشته‌اند. باتوجه‌به اینكه تعاونی‌های دهیاران اهداف و مدیریت مناسب و مشاركتی دارند، به موفقیت‌هایی دست‌ یافته‌اند؛ اما مشكلاتی نیز دارند. هدف كلی این مطالعه بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت تعاونی‌های دهیاران شهرستان بویین میاندشت، فِریدَن و فریدون‌شهر (3 تعاونی) استان اصفهان و مقایسه دیدگاه‌های اعضا و اركان تعاونی‌ها درباره عوامل مؤثر در موفقیت و میزات تأثیر هریك از عوامل است. جامعه آماری تحقیق تمام اعضا و اركان تعاونی دهیاران شهرستان بویین میاندشت و فِریدَن (N=91) را شامل می‌شود كه به‌صورت سرشماری مطالعه شدند. اطلاعات به دو روش كتابخانه‌ای و میدانی گردآوری و با استفاده از نسخه 22 نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. پایایی پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از آلفای كرونباخ بررسی شد و مقدار آن 861/0 به‌دست آمد. روایی پرسش‌نامه نیز با استفاده از دیدگاه‌های هیئت‌مدیره تعاونی‌ها و استادان گروه مدیریت و توسعه كشاورزی دانشگاه تهران بررسی‌ شد. برای مقایسه دیدگاه‌های اعضای تعاونی از آزمون من‌ویتنی استفاده شد. بررسی‌ها نشان داد به‌طوركلی چهار عامل (مشاركت، مدیریت، انگیزش و ساختار سازمانی) در موفقیت تعاونی‌های مطالعه‌شده تأثیر دارد؛ اما در این بین تأثیر مشاركت بیش‌از دیگر عوامل است و مشاركت تأثیر بیشتری بر موفقیت در تعاونی‌های شهرستان‌های مطالعه‌شده داشت.

Appropriate functioning of the cooperatives in developed countries significantly contributes to the development of rural areas. Dehyaris cooperative and appropriate given that the objectives had been achieved successes, but also problems are. The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting the success of dehyari cooperative at the county of Buin Miandasht, Fereiden, and Feridonshahr (3 co-ops) in the Isfahan province and compare views on the factors affecting the board of cooperative and members about success rate of effectiveness is one of the factors. The study consisted of all members and the cooperative elements of county Buin Miandasht, Fereiden and Feridonshahr (N=91) who were studied census. Library and field methods needed information is collected and analyzed have been using the software SPSS22. Reliability was assessed using Cronbachʹs alpha and the 0.861 respectively. Validity of the opinion of the board of management and the development of agricultural cooperatives and professors of Tehran University were studied. Agricultural development and management faculty members of Tehran University were studied. For comparison comments pillars of cooperative members and mann-whitney test was used to identify factors affecting the success of logistic regression was used. The results showed that in general, four factors (participation, management, motivation and organizational structure) affect the success of cooperatives studied but in the meantime the effects of participation and a greater influence on success than any other factor studied in Dehyaris county cooperative.
